Absolutely horrible company. I placed an order for a custom part and some other stuff. According to their website, it should have taken 3 to 4 weeks to reach me. After 5 weeks of not hearing from them, I emailed them about my order. They said they had emailed me about it, but I never received an email from them. Then, they proceeded to offer their explanation. I decided to cancel my order and ask for my money back. After a few days of going back and forth with them about this, Mike finally said he had canceled my order. A week later, I received an email stating my order had shipped. I don't want their products anymore after the experience I have had with them, and they told me they had canceled my order but then proceeded to ship it anyway. Now I dont know if they will let me send it back since it was a custom part. They seem to be a dishonest company that doesn't care about their customers' experience shopping with them.

I take back everything I said at first I thought Mike was dishonest but that's not the case he fixed my screen and then proceeded to show me a video of a mishap that happened, he also stayed in contact with me the whole way through the process and was sweet about it. People do make mistakes and I am one of them I do apologize but as long as Mike is owning the company you're fine

Ordered a pad set for my 1000 the other day, it arrived in 3 days well packaged and protected with all the parts I needed. I had some issues reassembling the unit, Mike was super helpful and patient with me as we diagnosed the issue and got the old girl back to her former more sensitive self. We are so lucky to have this resource beatmakers!

Minus for customer care contacted the support/sales and shipping regarding an item in the order that should be another size (my misstake) i sent the e-mail directly to see if it was possible to change before shipping. That was six days ago no reply.

I ordered a PCB board for my MPC2500 ( think that’s the correct term ).

I’m in the UK, and pretty sure they are based in the US.
My order came 2 days early.
Probably 5 days in total which is ridiculously good time.
Even though I missed the delivery, I was happy it was delivered so quickly.

Got it the next day ( today ).
I was happy with packaging and the condition the packaging arrived in on delivery as it is a small package and fragile component.

It was easy to install everything.
Especially with its online guide you get that appears previous purchase which is handy, featuring YouTube video tutorials to assist.

I did wish they did another video specifically for those who decided to purchase the adaptor for the original jog wheel.
As I was forcing my adaptor on and couldn’t figure out what was wrong.
A video would have helped me troubleshoot quicker and independently.

But I must say, I was able to e mail ( address easy to find on website, featured in right places ).
And get an extremely speedy response and got the help I needed straight away.

I had to cut the whole wider inside the adaptor to fit on the top of the jog wheel tact.
Wish I didn’t have to do that and wish it was checked before hand, but it didn’t bother me at all in the slightest as the service has been excellent.

Quick delivery, product safe and does what it’s supposed to.
Looks great.
