There was a delivery issue all week (Tuesday thru Friday). Finally resolved and Daniela was friendly and professional over 4 days and several emails. I appreciate her work on my behalf.

Front door staff girl was so sweet. One of the two guys was also really helpful but the them who seemed to be the boss was super rude. I had a problem with my order. I just seemed to piss off that dude.

Ordered "two tools", both supposed to arrive in "1–3 business days". Only one showed up — and it was the "wrong one entirely". The other didn’t even ship until I called to point out 'their' mistake.
Then came the real frustration: they "refused" to send the correct replacement until I returned the wrong tool first. Seriously? 'You send me the wrong product and I’m the one jumping through hoops to fix it?'
When I tried to cancel the whole order (because this delay completely wrecked my schedule with a client), they said they “couldn’t” cancel because the other item had 'just shipped'. Convenient timing, right? Now I’m waiting for a return label, sending the wrong tool back, and still have no working solution.
This entire process is a "total waste of time". You made the error — own it, fix it, and don’t make your customers pay for your incompetence. "Do better."
In the end, I'm still waiting over a week later when I finally had a chance to ship the incorrect tool back.
Customer service was very polite and helpful.

Website was straight forward to use and item was shipped without issue. The only complaint is with the order tracking by Aftership. It should be just clicking a button to track the order but it makes you work for it.
