Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before purchase either. And received exactly what most of the reviews said: cheap plastic rubbish (and very misleadingly advertised). So I did contact ‘the company’ seeking refund. I heard nothing for my months and couldn’t find the website etc.

Out of pure annoyance and anger I not only reported it to my bank but sent a final email to the last known email address saying it had been reported to my bank, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (deals with Trade Practices), and various other agencies - who were investigating. Some of that was not true but hey, I can play the same game as a scammer.

Lo and behold, months later and having given it up as a scammer loss i get an email saying I could “get refund” at 20% if I return to China etc etc. To cut it short- after increasing refund offers, many spelling mistakes on their behalf and a statement of “you seem really pissed off”, I eventually got a message “we refund you”. I have now received the refund (which I didn’t believe I would even get when told). But, lesson learned by me. And please stay away from this scam.

This is a scam! Not glass it’s plastic. Tried to return and finally received a response stating they would give me 15% off. Needless to say, I would not accept contacted my credit card company and dispute at the charge. Very disappointed that these companies can even exist.

Scam website. Contacted Citibank about the fraud & they were unable to get a credit issued back to me.

I ordered these items over 62 days ago. The company doesn’t exist. They took my money charged me and never received merchandise. I have no way of contacting them.

It is now March 9th & I have been trying to return my purchase since Jan. 2026. I was offered a 15% discount in lieu of returning the item but declined. I thought I was getting a really cute stain glass mushroom shaped lamp & instead I received a plastic molded mushroom or a 3 D printed mushroom. Every email address I received a message from was blocked from me being able to reply. I have heard nothing from Mr Glow since I rejected the 15% discount.

I ordered the cat in November. I've checked back with them to tell them I had not received my purchase. I received an email back saying my cat was safe and on it's way. I emailed again, telling them I wanted either the cat or my money back. They sent the same canned reply. Again, nothing. I have been trying to get the cat or my money back since December. Now, the email I used to contact them was returned address not found.

SCAM, SCAM,SCAM! BEWARE! The product is a cheap 3D printed plastic, not the stained glass they advertise. The customer service number does not work.

I never received my lamp. After reading other reviews I realize it's probably a good thing. But, I have emailed the company several times with no response. Don't fall for the scam

This company is a complete scam. Do not be tempted to purchase anything as what you see is not what you will actually get. Not stain glass, hand made lamps, but cheaply constructed, nasty looking plastic objects.
I have now been fully rebated by my credit card company and luckily checked the products prior to gifting at Xmas. All very disappointing and time consuming to sort out.

The cat product didn't glow very well and stopped working after 5 weeks.

The website is a scam and cannot be connected to so there's no way to get a refund of my money or a new product.

Advertised as beautiful stained glass. It's nothing more than a thick hard plastic that has a foggy dull glow. It's not stained glass and is not bright and vibrant.

I did receive an item that I ordered, it just wasn't as advertised being beautiful stained glass!

Ordered two lamps after seeing instagram ad. Immediately realized after purchase, that this was likely an AI scam using deceptive marketing techniques. Then read online about all the other scammed individuals. Within 20 minutes of receiving order confirmation, emailed Mr Glow email address to request cancellation. They replied two days later FALSELY claiming the order had already been shipped, despite their own tracking # showing that only the parcel data had been received. Refused to cancel but mentioned refund could be possible after order is received. From other reviews, it looks like a refund would also be impossible. I pressed further on email - they stopped responding and now order # is not even findable on their website. Currently working with Credit Card Company to dispute transaction. Stay away!

This company is a complete scam. They use a fake story about the owner’s husband passing away to gain sympathy and push “discounted” sales, but the products are actually cheaply mass-produced plastic items from China (easily found on sites like Temu), not handmade or shipped from the U.S.

They also appear to operate under multiple domain names, including Mr. Glow and Mr. Aura.

I never received my order — tracking showed it circulating in China and then being returned to the sender. After reading terrible reviews and seeing the poor quality from other customers, I requested a cancellation and refund, which they ignored multiple times.

Now I’m forced to dispute the charge with my bank. Save your money and avoid this company.

I ordered TWO little dog lamps. one for a dachshund and one for a border collie. I did not receive the items that I ordered. that was over $100 gone. I am so NOT HAPPY! There is no phone number. What a bunch of thieves.

Total scam. Not what was advertised at all. Not stained glass. Cheap plastic. Horribly painted. lol. Laughable.

Ive been trying since the last of December to do a return and nobody will even answer my email. I'd like to give a big fat 0 star but there's no zero.

An absolute scam! Run and do not buy this plastic piece of junk. It’s not stained glass. It’s yellowish garbage plastic! They will not honor you returning it either for any refund. They insist you get return authorization but refuse to respond to numerous emails to get that. This place needs to be turned into the BBB and the attorney general! It’s consumer fraud and it’s bad!

Ordered & paid for item19/12/2025 & still waiting. Put tracking number through to courier & that number does not excist??

Their Products are the most outrageous Crude Imitations. They assure their lamps and pet lamps are made of distinctive materials (stained glass), but they are made of Cheap Plastic that isn't worth even 5 Bucks.
Please do not waste your money. These people think that we Americans are so Stupid to let them get away with their scam. And now to get a refund they never answer messages or anything. Stop with this.
