There service is great. I thought I had a problem with the phone and they was willing to take it back when we couldn't find out the issue. Come to find out the problem wasn't the phone, it was "Me" operating it. (Lol) I wasn't operating it correctly. Thanks you guys for the service....

Phone was pretty scratched up
Phone was pretty scratched up. Also was missing the cover for the charger port So my active phone will obviously not be waterproof. My advice is to spend a touch more money for a brand new phone.

I received an order July 2
I received an order July 2, then inquired about an item the product manual implied would normally come with it, but was not included in my shipment. I simply asked politely if that was the case or not in a July16 email, no response, and again on July 20, no response. If room here I'll post my 7/16 email:
“I noticed on pg. 8 of the Unite Explore User Manual, under "Meet Your Mobile Hotspot" it says "The mobile hotspot comes with a BatteryBoost cable and a micro USB charging cable". Only the USB charging cable (that plugs into a 110v receptacle) came with it. Since this was a new unit, am wondering if there should also have been a Battery Boost cable enclosed as well? Thank you”
