I've been buying from MRE's World for a while and I am so much more satisfied with their product and service compared to where I used to get my MRE's. These are Current, unlike other places that sell for twice as much and just have 3-4 year old versions. If you're looking for current stock for your supplies, look no further. I made two orders with MRE world the first was there sampler pack of 4 MREs and I was rather impressed so my second order was a much larger menu A & B case. The larger case was meant to provide a little extra in case of power outages and it was well worth the money. My order arrived quick and I couldn't have been more happy.

I fully intend on making another order in due time.

I really loved the mres. Far, far better than the ones I remember. I'm old enough to remember transitioning from c rats to the first ones. The ones in dark brown plastic. Uuugh!

To begin - the product is truly authentic. They are less expensive than freeze-dried “single-course” meals by Mountain House and others. These MREs are comprehensive, nutritious and more calorie-packed than the backpacker freeze-dried ones, they don’t require any independent heat source (like for boiling water for example) as they have their own chemical rxn packet that requires about a tablespoon or so of water [even during unpotable water will work] to activate and, at least the 4 MREs I had on my last trip, the dish comes out HOT. The biggest and most major downside of the MREs is their weight. Not crazy weight considering everything in one of these things including a napkin, utensil, seasoning and a dessert but for backpacking you’d think about it. I have had good experiences with this company but their delivery is not like many have become used to with a one-day Amazon Prime. But what you het for the price is worth it in IMO. Some things to look out for with OTHER companies that I learned about as traps for the unwary are legit MREs that are beyond their bazillion year expiration date or product that’s a replica wanna-be.

Deceptive advertising. Ordered military grade MREs and received low sodium Ameriqual A pack MRIs.

I got 12 MREs in my first order and they were what was advertised. I was very happy with them. I did a reorder of 24 more and they sent me non-Military, low sodium packs. These only have an entree and a side and are terrible for you. None of the heaters worked and the two I have opened to cook so far were spoiled. This is a total bait and switch. They are supposed to send a 20 pound box for a case of 12. These boxes weigh less than 12. Also they will charge you a restock fee and will not accept anything that was opened. This is a company directly scamming Veterans. UPDATE: I sent back the box with their shipping label. It was received but they did not give me credit back. Owner contacted me and acknowledged they sent the wrong items and offered to send replacements. I verified address but have not gotten replacements or a response. I will update if that happens, but I am pursuing a chargeback since they got their product back and kept my money.

They arrived and where two years past the inspection date they are individual packaged in clear not the MRE package they show some had leakage so far checking them out three for three the heater will not heat the meal will not even get warm open package check date on meal best use date stamped on meal was 2023 its three years past next month the boxes i received inspection date was 2024 two years ago there is no indicator on the package to let you know its been stored properly should have a sticker that changes color if it has been stored to long in high temperature so its eat it cold at your own risk may or may not be good. good luck i am throwing mine away
