What i really like about this company is the fact that they donot look down on you. They also treat you with the utmost respect at all times throughout your loan process and give you the support at all times shall you need it throughout your application. Also they are on hand to answer any questions you may have and will support you even after your application has been fully reviewed.
The service received from this company is exemplary. You are treated with the utmost respect at all times. The staff treat you with kindness and have that positive *can do approach* As a customer, I really like being a part of this organisation and having that positive customer experience. Would I recommend this company to others. Most definitely, as of the positive caring attitude from its employees, the ease of their loan application, the speed you receive your loan/s, the aftercare received, the non judgemental attitude, the *can do* positive attitude, the small repayment's each month collected and the low interest of there loans too.
(After thought) Credible positive business practices, along with ease of understandability of loan terms, conditions and agreements which have been thought through thoroughly with the customer at the forefront of the businesses model. Thank you.
