Still no winnings from 26th Dec. Removed online chat. Don’t respond to emails. After 60 days goes back to account with a load of excuses sorry we could t process your request. It’s a never ending dilemma with these. They wait 60 days out it back to your account and just keep doing this. You can never speak to anyone. Scammers need to be shut down.

Scammers but how do we go about getting a minimum our monies back. I used a debit card. Deposited £600. Won £1150. 15th May. Contact them daily and they respond them immediately close the chat. Surely Robbery we can get help somewhere??? Of course if they do pay me out after over 8 weeks waiting then I’ll update on here but how can they get away with this?

I have had multiple days where i have been asking about my withdrawal and why it has not been processed, i was on live chat yesterday and they kept ending the chat abruptly however i kept getting the same person. they were not helpful in anyway. They ended the chat and have disabled the live chat feature on my account. I was only trying to find out why my withdrawal was taking so long. I wonder if this issue is why they keep changing their website.

Please do not use!! These are scammers. Emails are now bouncing back and yet again they have closed their site and opened a new one. Been waiting for my withdrawal for 2 months now. I have reported to action fraud and will be looking at taking this as far as I can as they can’t get away with this

I requested £800 withdrawal on 20/02/24, I recieved email stating I had won & it would be processed. After several online chats stating it would take 7-21 days, I tried to login today 12/03/24 to find that the server cannot be found. I emailed several times also.absolutely awful customer service. Scammers, avoid at all costs

If I could give a multiple minus I would the worst scam casino ever. I only withdrew 150 pound so not a lot in the big scheme of things. Never used any bonuses so can't be bonus money. Have contacted them on numerous occasions but just same message. Finance team are looking into this. Its been 4 months so no chance. PLEASE DO NOT PLAY ON THIS CASINO TORAL FAKE.

Still waiting since the 10th Sept 2023,still blocked so no chance that these scumbags will be paying me out,need to get them taken down from the Internet because I see there still robbing people blind,disgusting how they can get away with it

They blocked my account!!!!! still not got my £5000 withdrawal. Bank wont chargeback the deposits and they have blocked my account with no notice or no message as to why.

This is an utter scam. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I lost £4k deposits and couldn't access my funds. Don't fall victim to this I beg you

Scam! They don’t pay out no matter what. I reported them to uk gambling commission. Two days later they changed domain from mrsloty to mrsloty1. Have been waiting withdrawal since 1st December 2023 and now is 14th January 😀

My advice is report them actionfraud.police.uk

Scam casino Please guys do not deposit any money in Mrsloty or Mrsloty1 before they are Mrsloty.com and when players start complaining they change the website name to Mrsloty1.com casino I have deposited so many times around £4k then I got a chance to withdraw £1200 but they did not process my withdrawal i played without any match bonus they keep saying we are checking your every bet manually then our finance department will contact you I mean checking my bets for what? I play with raw money, and then there is no point to check my bets anyway it has been more than 3 months and they keep excusing me about my withdrawal. Please do not deposit on mrsloty1 and tell everyone that this casino is a Scam.
