Mrs Prindables Gourmet Caramel Apples Avis 9

I purchased a 9 piece set of apples through QVC. 3 dark, 3 milk, 3 mixed with peanut butter. I was very satisfied, with the flavor of the apples, tasted the creamy caramel ,and assortment of chocolate chips and dark chocolate coating. They were not huge, but the cost was under 5$ per apple . The apple was sweet with a hint of tart! I was very happy with purchase, but less so with shipping via UPS who smashed box, damaged packaging, but QVC was very helpful! I would buy them again. Perfect pick up during the cold and snowy winter.

I ordered several gift baskets for my family for Christmas and they all said they were delicious. I love these apples and decided to buy myself some. I ordered the 12 Gourmet Caramel Apple pack. I received them today and decided to try one before sharing them with my neighbors. Thank goodness I did. If the other 11 are as bad as the first one, they will all go in the trash. The apple was mushy and brown next to the core and the chocolate had a stale taste. I realize they were on sale but if someone were trying these apples for the 1st time and decided to try a "sale" item, this would be a terrible impression. They need to be taken off the website and thrown away.

do not buy from this company....for years they were good for several years, now they recycle the past holiday's apples. several of my Easter apples were recycled Valentines Day apples.....no question when they were red and white sprinkles and the other ones blue and white with white chocolate morsels.

I love their products but on my recent purchase I was charged $34.99 for Next Day Air.
I called to complain that while I paid for next day, it was delivered 4-5 days later. I call it false advertising. A Supervisor argued with me, was rude, disrespectful but agreed to take off half of the shipping charge then rudely hung up on me.

Hardly any caramel, small apples, and VERY HARD! If you live in NYC go to Williams candy shop in Coney Island. Those are waaaaaaay better and much better price.

Ordered a basket gift set on a Wednesday, needed it by Monday for a party so paid 2day air charges of $24.99 in order to get in time. My confirmation came in and the tracking said 2day air, but delivery was not going to be but a week later?? I called and got a lot of pushback from a CS rep. Asked to speak with Manager and left a message. Did not get a call back so called 24 hrs later and was told manager would return my call when she got to it. No explaination as to why they charged me 2 day air fees but not shipping for a week. I ultimately canceled the order. I will not be ordering from this company again. They over promise and under perform!

Horrible. Ordered (4040250) from Mrs Prindables for delivery 09/29. Shipped from Chicago back to East coast rather than to Phoenix and then missed delivery completely for birthday. Six day delay past delivery window for perishable items! Then falsely said weather delays when UPS site says NO delays!! If the company continues to use this ridiculous shipping service called Pirate Shipping (while charging real UPS rates), will stop ordering. I have spent thousands at this company so very disappointed.
