Amazing customer care with MSS - my bike went in yesterday to be lowered and also changed my light bulbs and tightened my chain. Service was exceptional and clearly come with a lot of experiance and I'm pretty sure where motorbikes are concerned there isn't anything they don't know. Highly recommended

Did some upgrades on my BMWS1000XR using MSS performance - suspension upgraded to K-Tech front and rear, remapped ECU and new akrapovic down pipes - very pleased with advice and service given - top team and will happily use them again

I needed parts quick. MSS went the extra mile to source out of stock parts for me and arranged drop ship so they will arrive next business day. They couldnt have been more helpful. Great service. Nick Morgan should be very proud of his team.
Update: it is a shame that DPD are massive liars. I am sat in my kitchen waiting for the delivery and received a text telling me I am not actually at home. No attempt to deliver.

Naomi was very helpful when booking in my bikes to ensure they are both race ready for this season. She was happy to go out of her way to make sure collection was at my convenience.

Liam did a great job and not only did what I required but also tidied a couple of little things up along the way. MSS in Wansford will see me again.

I have been treated in a very friendly and professional way by all members of staff. During the suspension adjustment I was given a comprehensive explanation of what was being done and how it would improve my bike’s performance. Additionally I have received feedback on how further improvements can be achieved by more servicing upgrading of parts

I recently had an engine refresh performed by MSS Wansford (as they are closer to me than their MSS Colchester location). As usual, the experience was nice and straightforward - with an estimate beforehand showing all suggested work. During the rebuild a couple of unexpected items were found - but the team were promptly in touch and discussed all the options available. Couldn't be happier with the service provided!

They were even nice enough to be flexible with dropoff/collection times, which made life easier for us.

Took my Kawasaki Z400 track bike to MSS Wansford to have some work done. Firstly, it's a great facility just off the A1 with loads of parking. Secondly, and most importantly, the work was completed in full and on time to a high standard. Not surprising when the mechanic is a WSB / BSB grade crew chief! Highly recommended.

If you want to be treated like a Bsb star take your machine to these guys. From the young lady Naomi on the tech/parts side to the knowledge and set up of a BSB winning crew chief to repair and set up your bike.
The garage area is more like walking into a Surgery than your local tinpot effort, and that speaks volumes in itself!!!
You will not be disappointed.

Naomi has been fantastic from the very start of us looking into getting a race bike to us collecting it. Its been a simple and well explained experience. Nick gave us loads of helpful information for us going forward into the 2023 season. Don't hesitate when it comes to MSS Performance the whole team is fantastic!

I haven't had a chance to get on the bike as of yet due to the weather but so far so good. You guys are fantastic and although I'm yet to stick some miles on the R6 I'm just happy I was able to find a company that was able to undertake the work. (with some help from a good friend of mine who knows Nick Morgan). MSS Performance was very accommodating to me and jumped at the chance to help me with my Yamaha R6 woes as getting in contact with Oz Racing in Italy was proving difficult. I can't believe that I was about to throw a very expensive set of OZ race wheels away. The bike has been to other Bike shops local to my area but no one has been able to understand what was going wrong, as 2 sets of rear bearings failing in less than 100 miles is very bad, Plus I had totally lost my confidence in riding the bike anything more than 30miles away for fear of not being able to make it home. You guys had the knowledge and the skills to sort it and I'm over the moon with the result, plus it was turned around in a very short time. Big time satisfied and all who I spoke to were super friendly and I was even allowed to drool over some of the race bikes they were working on. I would recommend you to all my other 2 wheeled friends.

I will give some better feedback as soon as the weather improves. I'm also happy that you guys have made yourselves available to help me out if the bike still needs work and i will be bringing it back for future modifications and dyno time.

MSS have just completed a remap and various other upgrades to my ZX10R. The bike is completely transformed and will be a missile on both road and track. MSS looked after me and the bike faultlessly and I cannot recommend them enough.

Turned up with my track bike an hour after crashing it. Liam got to work on it right away and had it up and running in no time at all, even cleaned it as well. Excellent service, communication and very fairly priced. They definitely went above and beyond. I’ll be using MSS as my regular garage from now on.

MSS completed a few upgrades and a full re-map of my ZX10R. The bike is awesome: smoother power delivery, better fuel consumption along with overall road riding performance and it is now ready for fun on the track. The team at MSS are knowledgeable, experienced and they provide great customer service.

Picked my bike up today from mss and everything was perfect, and they had even done extra. Would highly recommend this great business for all your bikes requirements.

second time coming here for work to be done. This time round I had a complete overhaul done on the bike. New sprockets, chain, brake rotors, braided lines and new rear caliper as well as throttle and clutch lines, levers etc. Job was completed in good time and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend giving them a go if you need any work done.
