Excellent customer service
I had a few problems making a purchase via Paypal (no idea why), but when I called the business, they were very helpful and gave me alternative options. In the end I purchased using a credit card, and was offered a voucher to reduce the cost. Overall. I think they really valued the interaction with their customers. I felt they were not just going through the motions. They were keen to resolve the problem I experienced. I would certainly use them again.

I ordered one toolbox and received a different one, which I agreed to as the one I ordered was damaged. I then didn't receive on the day I was told. I then received the other box and it was damaged. I then reported it and was spoken to very rudely and was told that ' I have never had a customer make things as difficult as you'.

Hello Joshua , all boxes are checked before being sent out hence the box that was sent was a different colour , you were contacted & agreed to this , due to the storms which the logistics company did ring & email along with my self to explain the situation of where your pallet was & why it was 1 working day late . The damage that had occurred on your box was taken liability by the logistics company , it was a partial refund or the offer of a new box - you did agree to the partial refund , sorry that somebody spoken to you like that - anything else we can do to help please let us know . New tool chest
This was delivered quick and they were very helpful. My grandson is really pleased with this tool chest and tools that we got him to start him off when he leaves college in May. I would definitely buy from this MTS again.

On purchasing a Nurnberg tool chest and arranging collection myself, i actually went a day early than i stated but this wasnt an issue i was dealt with very professionally.
The tool chest itself is an awesome bit of kit very very happy with the quality and will definately use these guys again.
