Great product use all the time have not had to have tank pumped since using it but we are only a household of two.Will continue to purchase.Use the drain cleaner too as all goes into septic tank.

Arrived very quickly and very simple to use.

The issue that I had withe the Marsh treatment plant was apparently the incorrect functioning of the diffusser; which has now been replaced... I have however been with the issue of stench and poorly precessed water for 3 and a half years... I believe your product did go some way to helping but the problem was the plant itself... thought this may be helpful for your advice to others.
I cannot fault your service, for politnes and efficinecy.

Brilliant company, had to phone them with a query about the application of the package I purchased, very helpful and informative.

It is difficult to assess the efficacy of the muck-munching cocktail of bugs, since the proof is some way down the line. However, the delivery, postal packaging, and the product concept were first rate. If I have to get the rods out in the next year, I’ll be back with a replacement opinion!

The ordering process was easy and the pack arrived promptly. It was very easy to use the sachets. It's early days but I'm optimistic the Muck Munchers will eliminate the unpleasant backflow odour that has previously come up through the toilet. So far there has been no smell since I began using them.
