I got in touch with her wanting help and guidance. I was specific with my requests I.e baby friendly, but as nice as poss. Not a long flight and generally a holiday that could (as much as possible) be relaxing with a one year old. I didn't know where to start or even where I wanted to go as long as the above criteria was fulfilled. This is where Mujde shone.
She came back with a list of options. Different countries, different budgets but also highlighted (in her opinion) which hotel best supplied the things that were important to me.
She supplied us with choices. She was always at the end of the phone, always friendly and reassuring and always willing to make changes. She took the stress and time out of scrolling through pages of internet. The best part, no extra charge AND success. We had a joyful holiday in a wonderful, family friendly hotel.
I would happily book with her again, infact my sister in law just has. Save yourself some time and get someone who knows their stuff to help.
