Mukkpetbike Avis 

Loved the bike - until it was pointed out that the 750w stamp.on the motor and label on the frame meant that it woild not comply with Australian laws. ( 250w continuous ) The supplier says that 750w is peak power but Queensland police state that in the absence of any other markings, the 750w is taken as base power. Electronically limiting the bike to 250w is not compliant, and if used in a public place, would be subject to seizure, with considerable fines. There is no EN15194 label and the supplier is not willing to do anything to assist in ensuring the bike is marked for compliance. The charger supplied with the bike is also illegal to use in Australia, no compliance marking and foreign plug. The supplier told me to source a compliant charger myself and they reimbursed me. I had ridden the bike for around 80miles ( the odometer and speedo are locked to mph instead of kph). The supplier is not willing to do anything, Theg sent a copy of a 2017 test certificate, which they say means it complies, the police and government paperwork disagree, so the bike remains gathering dust.
A case with the office of fair trading has been lodged.
I would avoid purchasing this bike for road use in Australia, unless they can sort this mess out.

After receiving the bike, I had a small question during setup and reached out to customer service. They replied quickly and guided me through the process without any hassle. It’s reassuring to know there’s real support behind the product and that they actually care about the customer experience.

Awful. Never buy from here. I bought an e bike from them, and it came with a broken piece. I contacted them and they said they will send the broken piece, and it took them almost a month to send it. Now, the brakes are loosening every 2 weeks. They are not worth the price, you can find way better bikes for less price. NEVER BUY FROM THEM

We recently purchased two of the Breeze bikes from Mukkpet and are overall very happy with the purchase! We have run into a few things we didn't like but honestly at the end of the day, we feel like it's a good purchase for the price point. Some components felt on the cheaper side but others felt robust and very durable. We added some aftermarket parts (such as more durable tires and a passenger seat) and it's been the perfect commuter bike in our hilly neighborhood taking the kids to and from school!

Been trying for 3 days to contact Mukkpet. Repeated phone calls, messaging and email. No response or acknowledgement. Not even a kiss. Hopefully, some correspondence soon.

This is my 5th e-bike purchase, and it’s definitely the best so far! It’s comfortable, and easy to ride.
One of the best parts is the batteries!
Last week I took a 25 mile ride with throttle only, and still had half on the battery gauge.

Powerful and worthy electric bike

I use this bike to commute back and forth to work on a daily basis. I am very pleased with how the bike performs. The bike was very easy to assemble as the instructions were clear and maybe took 30 minutes. Very comfortable and also a very sturdy bike.
