Our original supplier fell through 3 weeks before launch. MunchMakers turned around 200 custom grinders in under 2 weeks. Not gonna lie I was skeptical but they delivered. Literally saved us.

Amazing Product
Everything went great initially their was a mess up with my order i was able to order something i shouldn't have been able to uv print on ceramic coated which is not compatible and at first it was a process but with the great customer service i received my order and i like the quality alot don’t make the mistake i did but definitely give these guys a shot they are awesome!

I've made two purchases from munch makers. The first was lost in transit and they sent replacements straight away.
The second was a larger order, customer service was excellent and there was an even quicker turnaround time than the first. Will be using again in future.

Great grinders - quality print
Turned out way better than I could have imagined. The print was high quality on the grinder which is really well made.
I ordered 25 and have been using one for the past few days. 1 full turn to open. Has some knurled edges to help grind/open. Included a shovel, brush to clean and a little one hitter (it’s really little). Grinds the bud in just a few turns.

ShipmShipment is last with no tracking.
Shipment was supposed to arrive the March 15th 2023, about 2 weeks and still waiting. Tracking number doesn't have any updated information past March 10th. Can't review quality of products as they haven't arrived yet, disappointed with the shipping so far, but customer service seems ok, they reply to emails at least, they don't really offer anymore information other than it's stuck at the airport, hence the 2 stars.

Hello. We ship fast and send me quality products. Our customer service responds 7 days a week. Unfortunately some areas of Canada are quite remote and Canada Post takes a long time to deliver there. If we were Canada Post we would personally deliver your order, but unfortunately there's only so much we can do. We know once you receive your product you'll feel you received a 5 star product =)
Kindly wait a few more days and I am sure your order will arrive.
Worst "Custom" Company EVER worked…
Worst "Custom" Company EVER worked with. They downgrade materials, send you what THEY want, and expect you to pay for it. Stay FAR FAR AWAY. On top of messing up your order, numerous time, they will give you attitude for it.

**this was the clients 2nd order, 6 months apart**
1. We replaced the original 250 grinders for free. You received 500 total grinders. 2. The second order of 250 grinders we sent you pictures for your confirmation - and you confirmed it in your own writing. 3. We offered a refund if you were to send all 500 grinders back, but you refused. 4. We offered to send 250 more grinder tops for a heavily reduced price, but you refused.
So you have 500 grinders, 250 more than you ordered. And you decided to keep all of them and leave us a very nasty review. How professional...
Excellent service and product
Excellent service, I had a problem with applying my logo the way I wanted it and the designer team helped out with that, I then had a problem with the shipping company and service guided on that as well. The product is of amazing quality and the logo print is really good aswell, couldnt ask for more.
