Munchy Seeds Avis 

Purchased on 27th July and by 12th August it still said "processing". No response from company when emailed about status so I filed a dispute via PayPal and received a refund.

This is such a shame as they are great products and I ordered from them on a regular basis!
I placed an order in July, received confirmation email and they took my money via PayPal but unfortunately I have not received my items. Have emailed twice with no replies. After finding these reviews I have opened a dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back. Very disappointed ☹️

I've been eating these seeds for years BUT I placed an order on the 21st July. It's now the 8th of August. Nothing has been delivered, emails go unanswered and the phone just rings and rings and rings!

Great products but unreliable company, don't order anything from them directly. I placed the order on 13 July 2026 but it is still in processing status on 29 July. We've tried to contact them via e-mails, text message, phone call, no reply at all.

I ordered and paid for 2 boxes of mega omega munchy seeds on the 9th of July2026 the money was taken from my bank immediately and I received a confirmation email from them .... nothing since so I have emailed them 3 times ( no response) and rang them several times but no answer.... I really really hate being made a fool of .

I think even if they start sending out orders replying to customers they will find any goodwill has disappeared and people will find alternatives. I was buying munch seeds decades ago. A good small independent business that was taken over a couple of years ago by a couple of “entrepreneurs “ who completely wrecked things…shame on them!

Unfortunately I’m another victim of this bizarre situation with Munchy Seeds where they still have a live website that allows people to place orders and pay out money for goods it appears we will never receive. I’m amazed that’s even legal! Like many others reviewing here, I’ve tried all published avenues for contact, multiple emails and attempts via what now appears to be a dead phone number. I had to open a PayPal dispute and thankfully got a refund after the seller failed to respond to PayPal too! If the business is in trouble, it’s a crying shame as the products were lovely - but the very least that should happen is taking the web shop down so more unwitting customers don’t fall foul!! Absolute shambles and incredibly unprofessional. Horrible example of how a perfectly great, well established company can be destroyed by falling into the wrong hands. Steer well clear!

Ordered some packs. They took my money sent me confirmation email and that’s all! Never received anything. No replies to my messenger, insta or emails. Total scam. Had to get money back from my credit card.

Ordered in May, nothing sent and unable to make contact with the company. Having bought the company fairly recently it appears the new owners are now just stealing the money of loyal customers.

Ordered over a month ago after using previously without issue but the last order has not arrived and they do not respond to emails or phone avoid at all cost

Ordered a few packets of seeds thinking, amazing finally some nut free ones I can eat, but they have not been delivered and it's been over a week and my order still says 'processing'. I have tried emailing and calling but nothing. Thankfully brought on a credit card so hopefully will be able to get my money back. Awful company.

I’ve used this company for over a year without issue but my most recent order seems to have disappeared. Nothing has been sent and nobody has answered my attempts to chase it up. Combined with the severely lacking amount of stock they had when trying to reorder my usual items I am now wondering if they are even still operating. Nonetheless I’ve instructed a chargeback via my bank and won’t be using them again even if they do get their act together.

Wish I had read these reviews first... order from May never sent and company won't reply to emails/ never answer the phone. Have raised a dispute through my bank who are getting the money back for me.

Ordered a month ago. Nothing received. I have emailed a number of times but received no response. Phone number unobtainable. Do not use.

I have never had an issue with them before, but since the company has been sold nothing but issues. Now I am having to go through my bank for a chargeback as they have not sent my order, not answered my emails and the number doesn't work.

Ordered £41's worth of stuff in April - still hasn't come and the phone number isn't working. I emailed them in May but didn't hear back

Don't order direct. I've been waiting a month, and the phone number doesn't connect. Perhaps they've gone bust.

I’m so sad, I ordered 3 packs of seeds from this company 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received them. I have emailed to enquire where they are, no reply. I was so excited to find a factory that packed nut free seeds (due to my allergy) and I’m so gutted they are so rubbish at sending them and keeping in touch. If there are delays we should be noted not just ignored! I’m not sure if they are ever going to arrive!

DO NOT ORDER. Been waiting over three weeks for a tiny order. No communication. Called -lines dead. Emailed -no response.

Please don’t waste your money.

Couldn't get to the £60 to qualify for free delivery so paid £4.79 for what I assumed would be a fast (given the price)
Nothing for 1½ weeks so sent an email. No reply, 2nd email, no reply.. Phoned up and was told one item was out of stock and they are expecting it the following week! Would have been nice to be kept in the loop. Asked for item to be removed and replaced with something else. Finally got package the following Tuesday (17 days) only to find one of the items I ordered was wrong 🙄
Phoned. No answer. Emailed 3 times, no response at which point I gave up.
Possibly the worst CS I have received in years. Will buy from Amazon next time which gives me free, next day delivery.
