Although our original dates and itinerary were change, resulting in us having to change quite a few things in Ireland, after the new dates were agreed upon our agent Meison Kamei never missed a beat. I have had a lot of questions about hotels, trains, flights ect, and he had always dealt with me with kindness and understanding. He has answered every question in a very timely manner, even going through many things with me over the phone so I can see things and locations on my computer. We have never traveled to Italy and I am much more comfortable with our trip.

Beyond our expectation! They took care of all our issues and good choices of tour. Thomas and Hazel put all their effort to arrange the best experience we can ever have. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and warn others about a travel agent that has left a sour taste in my experience. The agent in question has demonstrated a blatant disregard for transparency and accountability, providing subpar services that have ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant trip.

Lack of Transparency: The agent was not forthcoming about the details of the hotels booked. Upon arrival, we discovered that the accommodations were far below the expected standards, with no clear explanation or prior warning about the downgrade.
Substandard Accommodations: The hotels provided were among the worst I've encountered. They were not only overpriced but also failed to meet basic comfort and cleanliness standards.
Evasion of Accountability: When we attempted to address these issues with the agent, there was a noticeable lack of accountability. Complaints were met with evasion, and there was no willingness to rectify the situation or offer a suitable compensation.

I strongly advise against using this travel agent (MUNDOTRIP) due to their unprofessional conduct and lack of integrity. Potential travelers should be cautious and thoroughly research their options to avoid similar disappointments.

I started planning our trip 1 year before we went. Mundo/Crystal Travel provides an affordable solution. I found out why it was so affordable. For our Italy trip to Rome, Florence & Naples, they booked on main flight (Seattle to Frankfurt) on Condor Air. We spent 10 uncomfortable hours sitting in Economy. The hotels they booked were out of the way. Our Rome hotel required a 30 minute bus ride just to get to the Metro Station. I changed our Florence hotel because it was 40 minutes outside of Florence. It would have cost us 140 euros each way to meet our tours. I changed our Naples hotel because the reviews said it was located in a very bad section of the city. Mundo/Crystal provides a value and affordable vacation alternative but it will cost you more in the long run. Do your homework and make sure the package they provide fits your needs, lifestyle and comfort levels, not just your budget. They were good to work with and always answered my questions quickly. Davis Jones and Stacy Kane provided valuable experience. Price isn't everything.

We haven't traveled yet but for being our first time using an agency to take care of our traveling needs, I have found that Meison is exceptional! He has made this experience, so far very easy and has gone above and beyond, I feel, to serve us. I can't wait for our Europe trip in October.
