First I was excited to see they carried my boot size as a woman that wears a size 11 or 11.5 and the price wasn’t absolutely ridiculous - the boots are extremely affordable in the horrible economy we are in today. A rarity. Second great thing was the ease of ordering. Many different pay options is always a plus. I will definitely be returning.

Website is easy to use and Mune Fashion provides great incentives for new customers. Customer Service is quick to respond after reaching out with concerns. I reached out regarding the wrong size on an order and wanted the size corrected before it shipped and I received a response in less than 10 minutes.

When placing an order, two extra charges are added to your cart by default — one is a “Fit Guarantee” and the other is “Shipping Protection.” There is no way to remove these from your cart; if you click the little trash icon or if you change the quantity to zero, neither works. So that’s frustrating and seems pretty shady; I honestly almost didn’t place my order because of it. I read the details of the Fit Guarantee and figured it might be worth it in case an exchange needs to be made — otherwise without it, you’d be stuck paying for shipping to Germany for an exchange I guess? Yikes. Anyway, the Shipping Guarantee on the other hand sounds pretty redundant, especially if you use a credit card that has buyer protection measures. Plus they ship via USPS which has insurance built in. But….I reached out to customer service for clarification. Emma responded to my email very quickly, and explained the details of the charges. Although I think it’s pretty off-putting for a company to force extra charges on an order with no option to remove them at the point of sale, they will provide a refund if you choose to opt out afterward. Emma was polite and helpful, and I appreciated her prompt response. Seems like they have good customer service in general. I would just suggest that these extras either get baked into the price of items, or the option to delete them is added.
