I placed my order at 13:03 and they shipped it 8 minutes later!!!! Suuuuper speedy, efficient, fantastic service!!!
It was my first time shopping with Murphy's Hair and Beauty. I had never heard of them before but I'm really glad I gave them a try. I placed my order yesterday - 09/04/2024 at 13:03 and received an email at 13:11 that my order has been shipped!!! I couldn't believe that they moved SOOOOOO quickly. I was in complete shock. It took them 8 minutes to ship my order after I placed it - Wow!!! I received my parcel today - the next day after I had placed my order. I can't praise these guys enough for how efficient and professional they are. My order came well wrapped and is exactly as described. I would definitely shop with these guys again!!! They're absolutely fantastic - highly recommend 🙂

Awful experience
They sent me expired and stale products. Shampoo and conditioner that expired in May 2023 and leave in conditioner that smelt disgusting. They clearly do not check their stock!! Avoid!

I never received the items that I ordered and I had an email saying that Amazon was unable to deliver it.
I never received the items so I am not happy about this. I phoned the contact number but no one answered the phone.

I have yet to receive my order
I have yet to receive my order, The next-day delivery doesn't take 5 days.
I have been charged but no delivery I contacted the company for an update and they didn't answer questions customer service is bad.
No confirmation email was sent.
It looks like they scammer
