Murphys Shoes Avis 

Really disappointed I ordered a fabulous pot of shoes unfortunately they did not fit so I sent them back. The. Shop never received them or so I’m assuming after contacting them multiple times. I have the a post tracking saying hey were delivered and the proof of postage but never heard back from the shop. It wasn’t my first time buying but it will now unfortunately be my last time.

Sandals fitted perfectly and delivery was very prompt

I was looking for a specific pair of shoes and found them on Murphy's via an internet search. It led me directly to the shoes which I put straight in my basket and ordered.

After ordering, I realised the ticker on their site said it was free delivery for orders over €80 (which mine was) but I wasn't given the free delivery. I contacted them to query it and was advised that during a sale free delivery isn't active. As I had gone straight to the product via my internet search, I didn't see the 20% discount code on their home page so had paid full price.

I asked if I could cancel my order and re-order it with the discount code and within a few mins, I got an email confirming a refund of the amount I would have saved had I used the code at the checkout.

It's so refreshing to experience such good customer service without having to go through a rigmarole like you would with some of the 'larger' retailers and is also why, were possible i will always support Irish businesses.

We're so quick to complain, I think it's important to acknowledge good customer service when we experience it.

I ordered shoes on Thursday evening and they arrived in Dublin this morning before 9.30, what a great service 👏 👌

Great service when ordering online and quick delivery

I ordered my sandles late on a Friday morning and I had them the next day, the Saturday! That is service!!

I needed the shoes for an event, Sinead got them shipped quickly so I got them the day after ordering & I had them in time which was really great & appreciated.
