Booked onto the Grand Canaria trip from Inverness in February 2026.

Booking was seamless with Martha at the Inverness branch sorting it all, with great communication throughout.

Everything from arrival at Inverness Airport through to hotel check in was effortless. MT staff were available throughout the week for any queries.

Murray Travel really do go that extra mile and utilising our local airport makes such a difference rather than trekking down to Glasgow or Edinburgh.

We wouldn't hesitate to book holidays with Murray Travel again.

Superb organisation from all the team at Murray Travel with special thanks to Jacqi (Branch Manager). From tentative enquiries to final booking of flights,hotels,transfers, Rocky Mountaineer travel and cruise with Celebrity we cannot fault our experience. It was great to know someone had our backs if anything were to go wrong (as has happened to us before as independent travellers) As was said to us at the end..'Don't be sad it's over - be glad it happpened'. When can we do it again?

This was fifth holiday arranged by Murray Travel. As with all the previous ones it was able to tailor a holiday to our specific requirements. We were given various options from which to choose, which was valuable. Martha, our contact, was able to tweak things in an efficient manner.
We were kept up to date with any alterations, eg airlines changing flight times. All documents arrived on time.
She also took the time for a follow-up talk, to give us the opportunity to make observations in order to help MT improve their service.
We would highly recommend Murray Travel and will certainly be using it again. A first class service.

We are just back from Montreal having had a great Road trip along part of the St Laurence River.
Murray Travel arranged our flights and the care we got from Tracy was first class. She kept us informed of all our needs - booking seats, checking we knew to have travel insurance a d an ETA to get into Canada. All went smoothly and I would recommend Murray Travel.

We were struggling to even source a location for a holiday due to going with our two twenty year olds - needing a mix of exploring and relaxation. Murray travel and Martha specifically nailed it !!! Had probably one of our best holidays and Murray travel organised everything - seamless transfers etc !!! Will defo use again !

Jen, of Murray Travel Forres, provided an excellent service organising our Swiss Glacier Holiday which took place in April of this year. Jen is aware that I like to have everything on paper and not rely on technology and she had this done to a T. Jen is friendly, efficient and very reliable. I have since been back to book another holiday for early next year when we travel to Tenerife, I would highly recommend Jen.

We had a trip of a lifetime idea which Murray Travel Inverness and in particular Tracy Ian made a reality. She liaised with Kirker Travel and set up a seamless luxury journey which we will never forget. Tracy dealt with every detail to make our trip perfect. We were so pleased and relieved we had booked our cruise and holiday with Dot in Murray Travel Nairn. Because of the troubles in the Middle East, all original flights had to be changed. Many people who had booked their cruise with other companies were let down and indeed had little response from them. All new arrangements worked smoothly for us and we met many people who had been inconvenienced by their new travel details and some who still didn’t know the arrangements for their journey home. We booked our ‘bucket list’ holiday to Japan with Kacie from the Elgin branch, and the whole experience was perfect from start to finish. Kacie dealt with all our requests, and amendments, with a smile and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. Online check-in was completed on our behalf while we were away, and we came home to the lovely touch of a ‘welcome home’ card & gift voucher. All in all, it felt like Kacie and Murray Travel really cared that we had the best holiday - and we did. We’ll definitely use Murray Travel again!
