Great room to stay in Ortisei! Lovely view from the balcony of the town centre and surrounding mountains. Garni Alara building has bus stop 5mins away which takes you to the town centre and also Bolzano for long distance trains. Close enough to get cable cars and also hike up to beautiful landscapes. Room was clean and allowed us to drop bags before check in which was very helpful. Would recommend to stay again!

The accomodation was lovely, really clean, spacious and in a great location. Communication about how to get into the building was clear and timely. It was great to have two bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. Only negative was the accomodation advertised having a washing machine and we packed accordingly. It didn't have and when I reached out to ask about this I was clearly talking to a bot which couldn't help me. It would have been nice to be able to communicate with a person. However, I would still recommend this property.

Wunderbares Appartement, sehr ruhig gelegen (ruhig bedeutet für uns kein Autolärm - es sind landwirtschaftliche Betriebe in der Nähe, von dort hört man natürlich die Tiere - Hunde, Schafe, Kühe, Gänse, Esel usw). Das Appartement ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet.
Der Garten inkl. Pool ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Wenn man so wie wir das untere Appartement bewohnt, sollte man Nachts vielleicht nicht barfuß laufen- es sind immer wieder mal kleine Skorpione aufgetaucht, die zwar nicht sehr giftig sind, aber doch unangenehme Schmerzen verursachen.
Ich denke das war nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort.
Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung abseits des Trubels am Gardasee sucht (in Garda ist man übrigens in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto) ist diese Destination ideal.

Die Wohnung war sauber und großzügig.
Aber der Garten muß auf Vordermann gebracht werden.
So wie er aktuell aussieht, macht es keinen Spaß draussen zu sitzen.

Hanno soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative. Ci hanno accompagnato passa passo nelle fasi della prenotazione con pazienza. Ero alla prima esperienza senza agenzia e loro sono stati più di un’agenzia di viaggio. Consiglio a tutti. Con affetto alla prossima.

Siamo stati in uno degli appartamenti gestiti da MUSE.Holiday in Ortisei. Ottima l'assistenza e l'attenzione ricevuta prima ed anche dopo il soggiorno. Molto probabilmente tornerò ospite in una delle loro strutture in futuro. Consigliato.

L’azienda è seria e soprattutto corretta. Capita a tutti di avere un problema ma non è assolutamente scontato il fatto che venga risolto nel migliore dei modi. Per me questo vale più di tutto.
Assistenza fantastica e ringrazio ancora Petra per l’aiuto che ci ha dato.

Ten eerste was de warme ontvangst door de eigenaar een fijne start. Daarnaast liep het contact met Muse erg prettig vanaf moment van boeken tot en met de nazorg. Ze geven het gevoel dat ze echt hun best doen om je een fijne vakantie te bezorgen!

Rejser som oftest 4-5 gange om året og dette er den bedste service og den lækreste lejlighed til prisen, som vi nogensinde har oplevet. Alt var nyt, lækkert og meget rent. Vi fik svar på få minutter, når vi skrev til selskabet. Meget imponerende!

Everything was perfect. Also the location is very nice! There is a bus stop in front of the accommodation so you are in Ortisei in 10 minutes.

Great experience in this appartement in ortisei. Full equipped (all what you need). The place is also close of a lot of chairlift allowing visiting and experience great trail experience.

Everything was great, fully equipped rooms, kitchen, shower, nice contact, everything was clean. I can recommend them!

We stayed here for 7 nights and loved it. The view on balcony was stunning with scenes of Lana and the mountains around us.

Kitchen was lovely. Had essentials for what you would need. They had fridge and freezer which was brilliant. (A shelf in the fridge was broken it didn’t affect our stay but would suggest to look at it incase you needed to store more in the fridge) There wasn’t an oven but they did have hobs you could use.

Lounge and dining area was lovely.

Our bedroom was great. We had fresh bedding and fresh towels. We had plugs either side of the beds. Also, we had a fan which was great as it was warm when we was staying here. Great wardrobe space and chest of draws either side of the bed. The bathroom is tiny but it didn’t affect our stay. Would suggest to buy a new bin for the bathroom as the bin in there is tired and the lid is completely broken.

Cleanliness overall was great. Did look underneath the bed and there was rubbish left over from previous people just so you’re aware of this. But overall honestly it was great.

Loved the garden and pool. This is maintained beautifully. Was a highlight of our trip! Great options of sun loungers, pizza oven, table tennis & hay barn sauna.

This was a great location as we explored the dolomites and was about 1-1 1/2- 2 hour away from where we wanted to visit. One thing to add you are uphill on a mountain so we found we had to drive down every time in the evening if we wanted to go out in Lana. But it was worth it for the views just wanted to mention if you wanted to walk into the town.

Check in/out was super easy. Muse is a trustworthy and there was always someone to answer my questions when needed. Thankyou for a lovely stay we really enjoyed it.

Accommodation was clean, quiet and well located - good value for money. MUSE was helpful from the beginning, well organised and communication before getting to the accommodation was excellent which made arrival easy. Would use MUSE again.
