Thank you for the wonderful and beautiful house and the amazing view.

We stayed here for 7 nights and loved it. The view on balcony was stunning with scenes of Lana and the mountains around us.

Kitchen was lovely. Had essentials for what you would need. They had fridge and freezer which was brilliant. (A shelf in the fridge was broken it didn’t affect our stay but would suggest to look at it incase you needed to store more in the fridge) There wasn’t an oven but they did have hobs you could use.

Lounge and dining area was lovely.

Our bedroom was great. We had fresh bedding and fresh towels. We had plugs either side of the beds. Also, we had a fan which was great as it was warm when we was staying here. Great wardrobe space and chest of draws either side of the bed. The bathroom is tiny but it didn’t affect our stay. Would suggest to buy a new bin for the bathroom as the bin in there is tired and the lid is completely broken.

Cleanliness overall was great. Did look underneath the bed and there was rubbish left over from previous people just so you’re aware of this. But overall honestly it was great.

Loved the garden and pool. This is maintained beautifully. Was a highlight of our trip! Great options of sun loungers, pizza oven, table tennis & hay barn sauna.

This was a great location as we explored the dolomites and was about 1-1 1/2- 2 hour away from where we wanted to visit. One thing to add you are uphill on a mountain so we found we had to drive down every time in the evening if we wanted to go out in Lana. But it was worth it for the views just wanted to mention if you wanted to walk into the town.

Check in/out was super easy. Muse is a trustworthy and there was always someone to answer my questions when needed. Thankyou for a lovely stay we really enjoyed it.

Accommodation was clean, quiet and well located - good value for money. MUSE was helpful from the beginning, well organised and communication before getting to the accommodation was excellent which made arrival easy. Would use MUSE again.

Aufgrund von Regenfällen hatte es im Schlafzimmer in den Nächten sehr laute und störende Geräusche. Deshalb musste ich 3 Nächte auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Obwohl dies am ersten Tag gemeldet wurde, wurde nichts dagegen unternommen. Auch die Anfrage für eine kleine Preisreduktion wurde mit der Begründung abgelehnt dass dies nicht üblich sei. Mehrjährige Kunden sollte man mehr wertschätzen!!!

Über booking.com wurde in Tramin für 4 Nächte gebucht. Ich wusste vorher nicht, wer oder was MUSE ist und dass MUSE involviert ist. Die Online-Eincheck-Prozudur war langwierig und schlug schließlich fehl, weil sie von einem fremden Computer aus gemacht wurde. Am Handy wahrscheinlich noch umständlicher. Die übersandte 35 MB-Datei mit den Informationen zur Unterkunft habe ich erst nach dem Urlaub gelesen. Zum Glück war der freundliche Besitzer vor Ort und konnte uns den Schlüssel aushändigen, sonst hätte das womöglich noch mehr Zeit und Nerven gekostet - etwas was ich um Urlaub eigentlich nicht brauche. Das Personal von MUSE war jedoch sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht uns zu helfen - schließlich hat alles geklappt - aber den Ärger mit dem Check-In hätte ich mir gern erspart.

Bright and spacious apartment with large balcony. Easy walking to central Ortisei village. Kitchen well equipped, the best. Good view of the mountain from bedroom window.

We had an incredible experience booking our holiday rental through Muse. Excellent communication before and during our trip, we were even allowed an early check-in as it was very bad weather that day. We’ve used Airbnbs for years, but I highly recommend Muse and will certainly use it again.

Perfektes Appartement, tolle Ausstattung, großzügige Räume, gute Lage zum Zentrum, gerne wieder, wir können es zu 100% empfehlen, das schlechte, kalte Wetter haben wir mit Whirlpool kaschiert.

The apartment was perfect! Very comfortable and in a very quiet part of town, yet still close enough to walk to the center and all of the lifts. The customer service was wonderful. They were kind and communicated quickly and professionally. I highly recommend!

Wir waren als Familie 5 Tage und hatten eine sehr Gute Zeit. Die Wohnung ist in einer Top Lage nur 10 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Sehr sauber, Dachterrasse mit Seeblick, kommen gerne wieder.

The place is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with stunning views right from the property — you can see the beautiful scenery without even leaving the house.
The location is perfect for those traveling by car, as getting around is very convenient. Just a heads-up: it can be a bit tiring to walk everywhere, so having a vehicle is highly recommended.
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay

Wunderschöne Unterkunft für einen unschlagbaren Preis. Traumhafte Aussicht, fußläufig in die Stadt. Große Küche mit allem Zubehör.
Bei Fragen kommt innerhalb kurzer Zeit ein Hausmeister.

Wunderschönes Chalet mit phantastischem Blick. Ruhig, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet . Perfekt zum Entspannen und Runterkommen. Wir und die Hunde haben es sehr genossen. Sehr netter telefonischer Kontakt mit Soforthilfe. Für den Service allein 5 Sterne. Wir hoffen auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen!

Agentur war sehr freundlich, hat auch per Whatsapp nachgefragt ob alles passt und wenn man eine Frage hatte bekam man per WhatsApp umgehend eine Antwort. Auch die Unterkunft selbst war wie beschrieben, es hat alles super gepasst
