Ich habe irrtümlicherweise ein Jahresabo (158.-- CHF) statt ein Monatsabo (16CHF) für MuseSounds Pro bestellt. Weil ich noch nichts heruntergeladen hatte, wurden die 158.-- umgehend zurückerstattet und ich konnte ein Monatsabo wie geplant buchen.

It seems like a virus. I deleted muse hub but i still see "Muse auth service" in my Activity Manager on macOS. Just because I wanted to download Audacity from the official website. Super dissapointed.

RUN AWAY—RUN AWAY. I didn’t receive the email notifying me of the automatic renewal of my subscription. As soon as I was charged, I contacted them to request a refund. In this situation, other companies are much more accommodating and will issue a refund.
MuseHub does not. There are many negative reviews on numerous other platforms. STAY AWAY from this company if you don’t want to get scammed.

I needed to change the email address on my MuseHub account. I received an email communication at both of the accounts from Aydar, the Community Manager for MuseHub. Aydar informed me that it was not possible to do that. Aydar offered a perfect solution. I opened a new account at the new email address. Aydar was then able to transfer all my purchases to the new account. Everything about MuseHub kept functioning the entire time. In other words, the process was seamless! I would encourage all musicians to look at MuseHub and particularly at MuseScore for composing and arranging music.
