Horrible Customer Service, not Nordstrom!
I don’t have a problem with the product, but the customer support is horrible! How can you not cancel an order that was made a few hours ago?! The answer I was given was that it was too far into the shipment phase! You would think that I already received tracking, nope…you would think I’m dealing with a huge corporation…nope…
Airlines, Amazon…most companies will cancel or edit orders within 24hrs of making the order.
My guess is most people don’t want the hassle of a return, but not me, I will return the items!
