Beautiful new views from my deck
I sent in the dimensions of my deck and was given an installation plan and all the parts needed. My contractor watched the installation videos online and installed the system with no problems. I ordered the black posts, silver cable and the wood grain top railing. It looks great, and the views from my deck are now unobstructed. Highly recommend this system.

This is a very easy system to install. The product was first class the instructions are easy to read and very easy to install product. I made a mistake on my napkin style drawing and forgot some parts. They respond quickly and delivered what I needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will be using them in the future.

Solid products, great customer support
I purchased swageless wire railing products from Muzata for a one-off project, completed in the spring of 2025. This was an atypical project for a fence/railing break for an ornamental, pollinator garden in our backyard. While atypical, the Muzata products performed as expected and have shown high quality now a full year after installation.
I was pleased with the Muzata products and also appreciated the customer service in order to get the order shipment correctly worked out. There was a shipping error and only one of the two packages arrived. I worked with their customer service team to get the rest of the order shipped and delivered to meet the project deadline. In the end, all parts of the order arrived in good condition, installation was relatively simple, and the end product was what we were after.

Non-standard steps
I have old, unconventional and non-standard steps in my house. Which in turn meant I had a lot of questions for Muzata. After several emails back and forth and some extra customizations(drilling some larger holes on angles), I got my railing installed. Muzata replied quick, often within 12 hours, and I was able to continue installation. My wife and I are very pleased with the results.

This system was so easy to install
This system was so easy to install. I replaced white lattice that was so tedious to paint with the cables. The design team helped me with quantity to order and end fittings for securing. My husband was so impressed with how it worked out that we did another deck to replace spindles.

Muzata has great customer service
Muzata has great customer service. I reached out for some extra cables that were needed for a gate I was assembling. During the process, two of the 11 cables broke. Helen who was my support person was fantastic. Not only did she help us by replacing the 2 broken ones, but also sent us 9 additional ones in case we ran into problems later. They were shipped and arrived within a few days. Once they were notified delivery was complete, Helen reached out to make sure we received and everything was ok. I wish more companies provided such excellent care to the people who make them a company!! Thanks for the support!!

The Muzata railing system we installed…
The Muzata railing system we installed for a front stair entry and back yard raised patio is amazing. The instructions and videos made the assembly so easy. I realized we were missing a part. Contacted Muzata after hours late at night and actually got a call from Brandon within minutes, and the order is on its way. Kudo's to Muzata, Brandon and Sarah!

Great final product and Nico was a star throughout the process
Nico was a star throughout the process, helping me design and plan a large deck install with height changes, stairs and LED handrail (HL12). Nico responded rapidly to any questions or concerns, tickled the design a few times as needed to get it just right, and didn't push too hard when I said I wanted to buy from Amazon rather than direct (I have installed this product before and know what parts I need). Very happy with the outcome and would recommend this product/team highly.

Long EXCELLENT review
Long review. Stay with it! I sure wish I had known about the design services at the outset, but I didn’t and thus took the road less traveled and tried to figure it all out on my own. For a rookie, I didn’t do too bad, but when I did need to make changes (too many or this, not enough of that), Helen was my CS rep and the absolute best in the business! She was caring and professional in every exchange. She was thorough and extremely good at guiding me to the right resources. She was patient and always responded in an incredibly timely manner. Helen is just spectacular in every way and if every business had a Helen, CS would not get such a bad rap.
With a lot of her assistance we finally got our railing system fully installed. We had wood-to-wood portions, we had flat rails, we had four sets of stairs with a landing and it all came out spectacular! Everyone we have had over absolutely raves about how invisible the wire becomes and that was a main draw for us on a lakefront property.
If you’re even thinking about this railing system, 100% go for it! If I had to do it over again, I would use the design services. Yet, even without those this was a wonderful product that is actually and legitimately a “do it yourself” option! Thank you, Muzata and HELEN!!

Disappearing Railing!
Really appreciated their help with design layout and their quick response when we took a slightly different turn and ended up with not enough of one part and lots of another. Quick and helpful and really like the finished product. Almost totally disappears, especially compared with the previous picket railing. Would absolutely use the product again.
