No way to cancel
They sucker you in with claims of free trial and easy cancellation. Ive have been scammed out of £7.99 a month with no way to cancel. Sky says irs not them. MVMNT say its via sky and go through them. Its a never ending battle, all the while taking my money. The are scammed. Don't sign up.

Benefits removed
When we signed up to Mvmnt we were given a lifetime subscription for being early adopters. With the closure of the Sky Live service, this has now been reduced to 12 months.

What a fantastic company, fab motivation, fab support, classes that suits beginners!
I’ve always found it difficult to stick to routine of exercises but Mvmnt’s varieties make it so much easier to stay consistent to and I’ve integrated it into my day to day routines with ease and my 3 children 4, 8, and 14 love the family classes also, even the adult classes!
If anyone is ever unsure of an exercise platform to join, definitely join this one! Don’t even hesitate!

New favourite workout app
The amount of different workouts on the app is insane - will never get bored! All the content is of high quality and the coaches are so personable.

Scam is using through sky

Really enjoying the scheduling and other features!
I find scheduling my workouts help me to actually do them (I'm terrible for talking myself out of sticking it usually). That new SmartPlans feature is also great in putting a workout plan together for me (another reason to not do it!)

I've finally found a way to workout that I love
Since using Mvmnt I've finally found a way to workout that I stick to! I'm now doing three or more workouts a week because I can easily nip into the front room to do a class when I have the time.
As a beginner, it's rare to find so many different workouts for my level and I've loved trying new things that previously I've been scared to give a go, like strength training, which I'd always been intimidated by before I found Mvmnt.
It's also really good value for money, much cheaper than a gym membership - and I don't have to leave the house in this horrible weather!

Makes working out fun
I’ve always struggled to make the time for working out but Mvmnt has really changed that perspective for me. It’s really easy to find a workout that fits your schedule as there’s so many options and all beginner friendly. All the coaches are fun and make each session enjoyable. The live feedback is such a game changer for me it’s like having a personal trainer there with you in the living room on the big screen. Would highly recommend, it’s great value for money!

I love the variety on this app
I love the variety on this app, the coaches are great and really encouraging. The workouts are perfect for a beginner like me who hasn’t got much experience with exercise. Great value for money too.

Life Changing.
This app is amazing and has done wonders for my physical and mental health. I initially started the trial to see if it could help with my mobility, core strength and pain. I suffer with extreme pain in my hips and pelvis. After answering a few questions I was given suggested workouts. The difference these have made to me is beyond expectations. I find myself prioritising time to do the workouts. I really enjoy the meditation videos as do my children! I feel mentally better when I do this. The app offers up practice videos so you can get to know the moves and yoga poses which makes things really easy to follow. It's easy to use, fun and well thought out. I will bang on about how smart this app is until I go blue in the face!

We understand that you would prefer longer workouts, and that’s a very valid point. At the moment, we do offer some sessions that are 30+ minutes, but we don’t yet have longer single workouts available.
As an alternative, you can combine 1–2 workouts to create a longer session. This can actually be a great experience. For example, pairing a strength workout with a mobility session can give you a more complete and balanced routine, as our workouts are designed to support overall health and fitness.
We truly appreciate your suggestion and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve the app.
