The worst merchant payment company I have dealt with. From the point of selling the system - very polite and keen sales pitch and seemed to have good promise. Sadly this dod not continue and did not match with what equipment and back office platforms were delivered. The hardware, software, customer ( lack of ) support, trouble shooting and ultimately contract cancellation were all sub standard. Ignored emails, calls and requests, all on the same email thread, culminating in many phone calls just to try and get the simplest of customer care and service do not inspire any confidence. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

After looking for a new card reader I spoke to Brenton and has a conversation with him about my needs and amount of payments I take on card. Without giving me a hard sale to make himself the most commission I was given honest and open advice I was given the best option for my business. More than happy with Brenton and the reader! Update, lies all lies, you cold called our front desk who shared no information with you, after getting nowhere you got my email from a 1 star review that I left for Revolut on trust pilot, assuming they were my merchant provider, they are not. So, you are low rent ambulance chasers who got it wrong and blatant liers to boot. No one should trust you with their financial matters or gdpr,
own it.

Spoke to Matt a couple of months ago about moving my shop from away from Dojo. He was very helpful, did me unbelievable prices and is always on the other end of the phone when needed, even popping in from time to time.

Passed many friends on to him and has treated them exactly the same. Couldn't be happier with Matt or Modern World

Samuel came to help us with our card machines and I have had a great experience he has given me fair rates as well as a great deal on the terminal he has come and set us up and is also available to call at any point

At first I had what I thought was a nuisance call looking for customers and was told there field operative was in the area and could they call in and see me
Ashley came to my shop his presentation was very good he listened to me and suggested I carry on using my current card payment provider and run modern world solution along side then in a month or two decided which one saves me the most money, he kept in touch every few days until I decided to go forward, ordered the machine for me and when it arrived set it up and showed me how to use it very professional and enthusiastic I would recommend modern world business solutions to my friends and family in business

Would highly recommend Brenton at modern world to get you exactly what you need and for your business and not oversell or push inappropriate products and systems because they cost more.

Cassie was also great, going above and beyond with customer support and help post the agreement and delivery. You can trust these guys to work on your behalf and find you the best POS system for you.

I was graced with two lovely people about your card machine and the rates were pretty much what I was looking for.
I would have given 5 stars but I’ve had problems receiving the money, however Sam has been extremely apologetic and helpful.

We've been with Modern World for just under a year now as resellers and we are honestly blown away. The service, the support, the application team and of course the technology has surpassed our expectations beyond measure. We weren't really sure how it would go working as a SUB-Iso rather than going down the ISO route and to be honest, I'm glad we didn't. We get the same revenue share as we would from an ISO but with all the support. Applications are sent out either instantly or within the hour (depending on your choice) and the platform pretty much tells you instantly when the deal has been approved. Thank you to the team at Modern World for creating something truly exceptional.
