Afortunadamente antes de decidir comprar investigo bastante y está ni fue la excepción, me registré pero no pagué, al parecer hackearon mi cel porque me enviaron un correo con el nombre del número de cel que brinde pero afortunadamente me di cuenta que únicamente yo la tenía registrada así por lo que fue una evidencia de que era falso, luego leí que es imposible ver las conversaciones de WhatsApp porque está cifrado de extremo a extremo es decir ni la empresa WhatsApp sabe lo que están hablando. Ni compren porque ahora viendo los comentarios es una estafa de las buenas.

This "service" is SCAM , after install and test its works for first reboot then nothing , i paid 40$ and send email to support for help or refund money without reply. STAY AWAY DONT SEND ANY MONEY TO THE SCAMMERS!!!

En mi experiencia, Spylix fue una estafa. El servicio no funcionó ni un solo día, pese a que técnicamente todo estaba configurado de forma correcta. Se robaron el dinero, porque pese a indicar que no servía y comprobarlo mediante fotografías y vídeos, no me devolvieron el dinero completo. Son ladrones desvergonzados

I gave a 1 star because there was no zero star to give.
Charged my card 2 times for service I did not receive and all the time promising a refund. Several useless emails from support at spylix with no refund to date.
Finally agreed with my bank to report fraudulent charges to my credit card.

Spylix had nothing to say about their fraudulent activities over the internet.
Scamming folks of money for service they are unable to deliver.

This company is a fraud … I have purchased the wrong device and sent a email … Waiting for hours on a reply and nothing. I purchase the correct one ( with out a refund for previous device). I couldn’t get past the set up stage.. It will not go any further.. I sent another email and finally got fed up and made sure my auto renewal was click off. Then I sent a dispute to my credit card..

Stay away!Don't waste your money like I did :( Only worked on text messages and messenger. Tried to get help from support, but no answer. Now I am trying to cancel renewal, but they won't allow that!

They offert you no need the físico Phone but after you buy the plan they said you need at físico Phone and the costumer service is only for email and they never answer

I ordered something from Spytec, not Spylix. I have repetitively tried to contact them try to get my my money back. The total was $119.99. I don't even have their product. I have another one. Of course, not from them. This is insane. Zero response and zero customers service. Bottom line is, don't accidentally pay these people, because I feel really ignorant right now

Scam,scam,scam,scam don't try it ....its a group of fraudsters to scam people. Its not legit. They spend more time creating contend to convince you about product that does not even work. The rest of positive comments is part of the scamming team. DONT TRY IT

I had an unpleasant experience using this program. The company promised that it provides the ability to read another person's messages. In fact, all you can find out is when a person is online on WhatsApp and when they are not. Also, the company illegally signed me up for their subscription and automatically charged me the next month without my consent. I contacted the support department with a request for a refund, since this program does not suit me and I did not subscribe to its use. I was refused a refund. They are just scammers, do not use their services.

I signed up for FREE! It let me to credit card information in which I filled out after selecting the 9.99 a month option in which I believed started after a free trial. I was charged 119.00, a years worth. This was my last check before 3 weeks off. I’m not seeing a customer service number or 24/7 C.S contact they include. Disgusted!

DO NOT BUY! IT DOESN'T WORK WITH IPHONES AND THEY ARE NOT UPFRONT ABOUT IT. If I could rate this a negative 10 I would. The customer service provides very little helpful, strategic trouble-shooting. After the refund policy expired, and I was still trouble-shooting, the Spylix Team communicated via email that it really doesn't work with iPhones EVEN though they advertise that it does. What a joke.

If I could rate this service a minus 10 I would. No customer service no phone number to call just an email that they have 48 hours to respond!

Do not work as advertised. I installed it on my own phone first to see how it goes. SMS log and call log works, but social media is a joke. You cannot hear voice messages, even I can't see both 1st and 2nd party WhatsApp conservation, only who send I can see but reply I can't,

so it makes Whatsapp tracking virtually useless. It also updates in random intervals, not "live" as said in the ad. GPS location is not very precise - 100m radius. Kinda ok, but disappointing. I uninstalled it few days later with no intention of using it at the targets phone, when Google Protect showed a notification about "malware" and advised to uninstall it (I previously disabled that feature,
