I recently ordered two figurines based on movie characters. When I received my order and opened the box, I was simply blown away by the fantastic job they did. The likeness to the characters and attention to detail - right down to the ring on their fingers - is amazing. Throughout the process, I was contacted and asked for my opinion on their progress. When I asked for changes, they willingly obliged. Their customer service is off the charts. I will definitely be ordering from My3dselfie again in the near future.

I think what I am most impressed with is how the design team has achieved such detailed precision. My characters are difficult to achieve based on the illustrations I provided, but they did. Contributing to my confidence is how the sales team provides feedback throughout the process. It is why I went back to them for a total of four characters being brought to life and wouldn't trust any other company when I'm ready to do more!

I was a little skeptical about ordering a selfie statue of my beloved 4 legged baby who passed away. Was looking for something special to put on top of her urn box . After sending in photos I was not sure the proof they sent resembled her. The customer service team accepted additional photos and worked to make her statue 99.9% accurate. Fantastic customer service . I couldn’t be happier with the statue. Great job . Keep up the good work.

The passing of my cat Pippa was quite unexpected. It sent me searching the internet for a figurine to place on top of her urn. I was so nervous her face and eyes weren’t going to be right but I can see my girl in these eyes! My only recommendation I would make to the company would be to slim down and shorten the cat muzzle. These domestic cats aren’t tigers even though they might think they are. I work in the veterinary industry and I will and have already recommended this website. When the time comes I will be a return customer. Thank you for doing such a beautiful job for the memory of my Pippa!

Had high hopes to get two premium figurines of my dog made.
In the end, it took almost half a year for the figurines to arrive. For several hundred euros, the whole experience was very lackluster. Week to month-long wait between updates on the process with me having to initialize contact, otherwise I would have completely been left in the dark about all the delays.
I tried to provide as much photo reference as possible to make their modeling job easier and still I had to come in fix glaring proportion issues.
When the figures finally arrived, they looked very disappointing and bear little resemblance to my dog and I ended up not being able to gift the figurines as planned.

Complete disaster from start to finish. My item was totally wrong. Zero production value.
My item was delivered very late. They did offer to do another one but then lied multiple times about production and delivery.

I ordered a couple figurines from My3dselfie for myself and my wife. I was amazingly surprised with their relevancy with us. It was exact replica model! I had printed stuff with sandstone and also few figurines but this is by far the best figurines I ever had. Thanks to My3dselfie and its team. Hope to order few more figurines in the coming months.
