My Adventure Project Avis 

Where do I even begin? It was a fantastic trip I done in Australia ( 42 days on the South-East Coast) and I’m so grateful to have the help of MAP! They provided me with great organisation and itinerary which made my trip very smoothly run. Kalani checked up on me every so often and was there to help me with anything such as booking on extra activities during the trip itself. I would very much recommend as this was my first large trip and even though it’s with the help of the company I still had my independence oh doing what I wanted when I had free days (where no activists took place) so I’m very happy with that balance. This trip was very much productive and this meant that sometimes the trip felt intense but I think that only depends on the type of person you are which I very much loved! Couldn’t thank them enough for this and would definitely look forward to booking with MAP in the future.

I did the 42 east coast tour with MAP. And it was the highlight of my 5 months of travel. It enabled me to make friendships that I then went into travel more countries with! The amount of bucket list activities that the company cover and at such a valuable price was the key thing for me. If they ever offered a West coast tour in the future I would definitely be booking with them!!

I had the best time with My Adventure Project! There were so many highlights, but Byron Bay was definitely one of my favourite stops. I also loved visiting Australia Zoo, exploring the Blue Mountains, camping on Fraser Island, and jet skiing in Airlie Beach 😇 Every part of the trip was so well organised, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations.

A special shoutout to our guide, Kalani – she was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was outstanding, and she always went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best experience.

I would 1000% recommend MAP to anyone travelling Australia, and I can't wait to book my next tour with them! 🫶🏻

I would say a highlight location was definetly Byron or Fraser. And for activity was by far the skydive never experience anything like that before. I would rate it a 5 was so easy how to use the vouchers and everything has been seamless. There’s been nothing that I can fault as it was a good balance of everything and gave us the independence to do as we wished. Kalani was such a help throughout the whole trip and if we ever needed anything we could always rely on her.

Definitely 5⭐️. I did so many activities that I wouldn’t ordinarily book myself and was so well organised. It made the whole thing stress free and as a bonus met some great people out there which I will stay in contact with! Any issues MAP were super responsive and amazing the entire trip!!!

I had the most incredible 6 weeks ever travelling the east coast of Australia with 10 new friends with MAP! The 42 day tour was absolutely perfect! Everything was so well organised, so easy to follow and understand. All of the tours included in the package were amazing, I learnt so much and had so much fun along the way. The MAP team, especially Kalani, have been so helpful throughout the whole process, they make everything work so smoothly and are there every step of the way if you need them at any time. If you are even just considering booking- DO IT, you will not regret it. Already thinking of planning my next travels 🤩 thank you to the MAP team and Kalani! ☺️

The trip was amazing and booking through MAP really took the planning out of everything making for a much easier journey! They were also accommodating to changing and booking additional activities as we were travelling which was so easy to do.

I had the best time ever!! The trip was perfectly planned, my group was truly fantastic, such wonderful people, and we always knew exactly when and where to be thanks to the precise information by MAP. If a question did arise, the MAP WhatsApp team was incredibly easy to reach at any time of day or night; Sophia, in particular, was often very helpful 😊
One of the most beautiful routes in the world and the best four weeks ever. I will never forget this time and can only recommend that everyone take the plunge!

My Adventure Project are such an amazing company! Having completed the 36 day tour, I can say the meticulous planning and detailed itinerary for each location along the East Coast was perfect and made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable! Communication was extremely efficient, Kalani was happy to support with anything (including cancelling/adding extra activities and general questions) which was perfect and as this was my first time travelling it was very reassuring! I would definitely recommend My Adventure Project it’s the ideal way to travel solo!

The whole MAP experience was amazing. Kelani was great at checking in with me and making sure the trip was running smoothly. The set up to meet the rest of the group was a great way to introduce to eachother and the hostels were all perfect.

5/5 I won’t lie I absolutely loved it, the clipper boat trip that was included was unreal, also the uncle Brian’s trips were sooo good! Kalani who works for MAP was on hand for anything, I text to ask if I could add on a few things and that was no problem at all for her and she was so quick to sort anything for me! I loved my experience want to do it all again.

My experience with MAP and Kalani was so good! They made my trip along the East Coast so smooth and effortless!!

I can’t highly recommend MAP more than enough. I recently completed the 42 day Australia tour (March 30th 2026) and it was perfect for me as a someone who wanted to be semi independent. Our tour rep Kalani was excellent on helping our group with any questions/bookings. I loved being in a group but having no tour guide as it allowed so much freedom and we meet so many other travelers outside the group. The tours and hostels MAP chose were great and really thought out well. Most importantly, I loved my group and we had the BEST memories. It was a good mix of diverse ages and nationalities. This is the best Australia tour for backpackers!

Kalani was great, always available to answer any questions or concerns I had! My highlight location was definitely Byron bay and Fraser Island!! And my highlight activity was probably surfing! I would rate MAP 5/5, I had the best time and loved my group <3

5 stars 😊 it's all gone really smoothly and if there was anything Kalani was really helpful and easy to reach out to, so no real feedback other than it was all great 😄

The Fraser Island tour and Whitsundays 2 night boat were probably the highlights for me, but it was all so good, really liked Noosa as well.

MAP adventure.
Joining MAP was one of the best decisions i’ve ever made. Not only did it give me so many opportunities I don’t think I’d find myself, like any diving and jet skiing (which were my favourite), but it also introduced me to some amazing people who I can guarantee I’ll see again, and gave a bit more of a relaxed side to solo travelling, due to them helping to book hostels and travel. The help that was received from Kalani made me feel so much more relaxed and comfortable to not hesitate to ask anything. I wouldn’t have changed it for an anything. I’m also so glad I chose the 5 week trip as it gave me enough time to get close to people and to fall in love with Australia
