i still use it cos its usable and i payed £70 but its not original.
totally different to pictures and it had scratches - unprofessional
I was a little nervous about ordering from overseas to the U.S. but I couldn’t find anything comparable domestically. I was able to track the shipment, communication by e-mail was responsive, and shipment arrived a little earlier than expected. It was securely packaged, and the quality is exactly as expected. I’m very happy with my purchase.

When my delivery arrived the packaging didn't keep the ice cream frozen. It was liquid by the time it reached us.

I recently put in an order for the first time with this company. I believe in the idea of supporting small businesses so chose them when l could have gone to Amazon or other large companies to get what l wanted.
I read the trust pilot reviews first as l do with every business l shop from for the first time. The reviews were not that great many people saying avoid them and that they waited ages for their delivery and it never turned up the company didn't reply etc. I thought I'd chance it anyway.
I made quite a large order (over £100) and paid the extortionate £10 delivery fee to get my order in 2 days.
10 days later l am still waiting for Packfleet to collect my order. The update just kept saying "awaiting collection". This tells me two things, either the business doesn't have the goods in stock in which case why keep my money in their till and not even bother to let me know they were out of stock and start the refund process?
Or they had my goods took my money good and fast and did nothing to get my order packed and on its way to me in nearly 2 weeks! Either way it's bad business practice and not the way to treat people if you want to make money and get return custom. Why not even bother to let me know anything at all? Large companies let you know if there is a delay on your order, or if there's stock issues, and they have a much larger volume of orders to deal with. It's a complete lack of consideration for me, my time, and money and faith in them to fullfil their side of the transaction. I wrote them an email basically stating this and asking them to either get my goods sent out to me and give me an update on their progress, or refund my order because I'm tired of seeing nothing. I got a refund notification sent to my email two days later. Not even a word of apology or a mention of what happened with my order just refund issued please wait up to 7 days for the refund to process.

Seriously l would give this business zero stars if it was possible. I wonder just how long they would of left it saying nothing about my order enjoying the benefits of my cash if l hadn't of contacted them?
Avoid this company. It's service is inconsiderate and atrocious and thats about as positive l can be about them. I will be more inclined to shop at large companies going forward.
Thanks for nothing My Africa Caribbean! Never again.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered 2 boxes of ice-creams from MAC and they were dispatched in a regular delivery van , and packaged in nothing but some shiny bubble-wrap and a cardboard box!! So; of course by the time my order arrived; the ice creams were totally melted and I was left with nothing but 2 mushy cardboard boxes that were leaking sticky liquid. (The poor delivery driver was very apologetic but it wasnt his fault!)
How ridiculous- Dispatching an order for frozen goods in a non-refrigerated van?!? I’m baffled !? There was no indication on the packaging to suggest it contained food goods and was perishable. I had paid £9.99 for delivery on top of £50 worth of frozen goods .
When I rejected the order and got in contact with the company, I was asked to provide photo evidence (which I did). I received no explanation; no offer to replace the goods via suitable delivery method. Simply had a generic email stating ‘refund notification’ and the money appeared back in my bank.
I would steer clear of ordering any chilled or frozen products from MAC
Order honey glaze sauce box of 6 received 1on 13/5. Sent proof and was informed they would send the rest. Never received and despite numerous emails and a lot of excuses still never received. I eventually had to go to Amazon for my money back and have still not heard from them and it is now 27/6. Do not order from this company they take your money and do not deliver total sham.

Order placed 2/06/24 items not received even though advised 3 business days.
Took £10 for delivery fee and items not arrived still.
Contacted them and they advised it would be delivered on Tuesday (9 days later)
Very bad service and very unprofessional.
Would not recommend.

Never received items!!
Paid for 2 items, got a tracking number but they were never sent.
Rang customer support and they never answer the phones. I highly recommend NEVER using this company

None existent products, backed up by non existent customer service.
They'll be kind enough to accept your money, and send you a tracking number, but your items will never be dispatched, and they won't reply to your calls or messages
Having to start a chargeback case against them.
All in all, it would appear that this is a total scam website.

As a first time order I was sceptical of ordering frozen products online, and honestly I wouldn’t do this again, they’ve arrived defrosted, and stuck together, even though the parcel said fragile the delivery driver threw it down on the side.
The amount I ordered weren’t in stock, so I’ve had to source others from elsewhere, I would suggest maybe keeping a better record of stock for online purchases.
I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
Since then, they have rectified the mistake made, and I have received a refund for the inconvenience, would I order from them again? No it’s not worth the hassle with frozen products in my opinion.
