Hi Marcus, and thank you for getting, my order out to me. I was very excited about opening all 3 fragrances, and couldn’t wait to try them out. This is my first time using body butter colognes, but I think it a big win, It’s only been two days since I started using, and I love the smell of all 3 fragrances. I use original shea butter everyday on my skin, so it was very easy, to use the body butter cologne, it’s go on very smooth and I like the light texture of the butter and mixed with a high quality cologne is a pulse for me. I have a number of different spray bottles colognes, but they are nothing like having a good quality shea butter mixed with a high quality fragrance that you can rub on your skin. My first day using and my wife, asked me, what is that smell , I asked what do you mean, she started it smells so good, what ever you have on I like it. So I had told her, I purchased, shea butter body colognes and I had her smelled all 3 fragrances and she loved them all, so that made me fill real good, that I made a good choice for myself. To all men, I recommend you try out this amazing product, you will not be disappointed. Ascend Skin Team thank you, for making a great product.

Number One I Haven't Received Anything From Your Company Even Though I Placed An Order. Don't Know What Happened To It

It took a few weeks for the delivery,but the wait was worth it. It really does smell amazing and cream disappears into your skin. Definitely a great purchase.

I ordered skincare products from ascendskin.com on August 30. They use highly deceptive marketing terms like "home-made" to fool you into thinking you are buying a quality domestic product, but it actually ships directly from China. When the delivery was heavily delayed, they sent a fake automated email claiming it was late because they were "backed up on orders"—a total lie to hide the international transit time.
The package finally arrived on September 20. On that exact same day, I emailed them to return the items completely unopened under their advertised 30-day return policy. They have completely ghosted my customer service emails while continuing to flood my inbox with automated marketing ads. I have sent a Final Notice and have filed a formal fraud complaint with the federal government (CFPB) to claw my money back. They are a fraudulent shell company relying on buyers giving up. Do not buy from this site!

I ordered my Ascent body butter on 09/04/2026 and it’s 09/25/2026 and I still haven’t received my order, I have reached out to Marcus who have reached out to me twice and said I could contact him if there any questions but no response. I will post the conversation to show that this company is some trash and that we should stop ordering from them!!!!

It is true. It took a few weeks for it to get here. I just received mine today. I ordered it on 1 September. But I must say the smell is amazing. The texture the way it feels is great. I don’t know about everyone else but for me, I’m going to buy more of them even though it takes a few weeks for it to get here. But it’s worth a wait.

I placed my order on September 10, 2026, for $60.90. After experiencing shipping delays, I requested cancellation on September 17 before the order had shipped.
I contacted Ascend Skin multiple times requesting cancellation and a refund. Ascend Skin later acknowledged in writing that my cancellation request was submitted before the order reached its current fulfillment stage.
Despite that, I still have not received my refund. I was later told the package had progressed too far through fulfillment to cancel, but when I requested the carrier name, tracking number, label creation date, and carrier pickup information, Ascend Skin stated that those shipping details were not yet confirmed.
As of September 24, my Shop tracking still says “Waiting for details.”
I'm sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision. I will update this review if Ascend Skin resolves the issue and refunds my $60.90.

Ascend skin is a full blown SCAM. Long before they shipped and after the original expected date I emailed over 5 times to get a refund. They use a generic response the same email every time. This is a SCAM. My next step is the BBB. Understand this a product that is in mass production not home made as they claim it's made on China which means you get the worst product ever. THIS IS A SCAM 🚨🚨🚨
SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM ASCEND SKIN. THEY CLAIM MARCUS IS THE OWNER HE IS A SCAMMER.

This is a scam , it’s not Black owned, it’s made and sent from China. IG needs to crackdown on businesses using their platform to scam people.

My order arrived melted and separated from being left in extreme heat. I sent photos right away. Support said they'd "review" then went silent for 2+ weeks. When I pushed for a refund, they claimed I was complaining about "texture preference" — ignoring the damage I'd already documented. After correcting them again, they apologized then asked me to resend photos I already sent. Feels like a deliberate delay tactic to avoid refunding a clearly damaged product. Still no resolution.

Damn I should be read the reviews. I placed order 6 days ago and order has yet to be prepared and shipped. Customer service emailed and proceeds to tells me (after apologizing for delay in process) that once the order is ready to be shipped that it will take another 5 to 8 business days. Now I’m reading that product is shipped and made in China and there’s hardly any scent.
2 reasons I’m not canceling order: 1st it will more than likely take 30 days .The only reason I have not attempted to cancel is because company is supposedly black owned and I want to compare with crowned skin.

Horrible advertisement stating it’s an African made product but it actually shipped from China. Ordered body butter and received lotion and all 3 had the same scent. Reached out to customer service with a photo and all they offered was 30% off my next order!!! Are they serious??? Don’t waste your money!!!

SCAM!!! Product arrives directly from China weeks late . No scent whatsoever just basic plain lotion in a jar . Save your money and frustration DO NOT BUY !!

No package came it takeing forever no updates no message when i try getting in contact we want a refund and they an’t saying nothing and on shop it saying the package take 2 months to come and they scaming

Brought this product a few weeks ago , still haven’t received it, checked on the package and it seams like it is coming from China, looks like a scam, cheap ingredients and labor, I would rather go with Crown Skin. It’s the only one that seems legit. When I receive it I will give another review.

The product I ordered does not appear to be effective at all. I am unable to detect any scent after applying it to my body. As it is not an effective product, I would like to request a refund. I ask potential buyers, please don't buy this product. The guys who's marketing this junk should be ashamed.

The body butter had no scent and when I reached out for a return, which they have a 30 day guarantee, they blew me off multiple times. Do not buy this product. If there are any positive reviews, they are probably planted by thins company. SCAM!!!

Seen the commercial , so I decided to try it instead of buying cologne. When it arrived, I tried it the next day.Smelled all 3, no smell to it.Just smell like lotion. I'm like where's the cologne smell. So it's not a good product with never buy it again.We'll tell people not to try it.Now it's for me to go to tiktok and try crown. Sorry this was a bomber. I wasted fifty six bucks never again

Recently got this product, I was sceptical at first due to the limited reviews. But so far I actually luv this product smells really nice and feels nice on the skin
