If I could give a 0 as a rating I would. I paid for the ATOTO 6 Performer and it has not worked properly since the day I received it. When I contacted them they were all friendly, told me to do this and that, which I knew would not work. When I sent them photos and videos of their defective product and their so-called solutions, they immediately started ghosting me. Absolute silence. I have reported them to google, to visa and I have reviewed them everywhere I possibly can. Their product is garbage, they have ZERO customer support, and they are absolute SCAMMERS. Stay clear.

purchased the P8 car head unit in October 2023 for $250, expecting a quality product with reasonable longevity. After less than two years, it has completely stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer, and despite acknowledging a hardware failure, they refused to help because the 12-month warranty expired.

This is unacceptable for a product of this price. Under Australian Consumer Law, I believe this is a clear failure of durability and acceptable quality. I expected far more for the money I spent.

I’m extremely disappointed and feel unsupported as a customer. I do not recommend this product or the seller based on my experience.

After a lot of research and comparisons I decided to go with the Atoto S8 Ultra Plus and I have not been disappointed. This is a specs packed head unit with a large, sharp, vibrant and fast screen featuring a variety of available accessories. And, customer service has been very responsive.

their product is pure rubbish. most od features does ot work. black screen pop out with no reason. i had couple of no name radios installed in my cars and this some is definitely the worse one. customer service did respond and offered the solution however their offer did not fix the issue. avoid this brand. not worth it

I bought one of these units from a seller on AliExpress myatoto store the unit I received was faulty the radio reception was Terable I contacted the seller and he told me to send it back to a address in the UK witch I did at a cost of €50 witch IAM out of pocket now for then he promised I would receive a refund as soon as he got the goods back he has the item now three days and refuses to refund me I have had to open a despute with AliExpress over this as this seller is nothing but a crook . So wheater this is the seller in question in this review or atoto its self they should not be letting this crook sell there products or if it's the seller in question avoid avoid he is a total scammer 😡😡😡😡😡
