He was on time and sent the report through to me straight away. highly recommend for any pre purchase inspections

I booked my car in with MyAutoShop for a service on 29 May 2026. During the service, their mechanic took my vehicle for a test drive and damaged it, causing a dent to the left side panel of my car.

The manager, Craig, acknowledged the damage and initially told me they would repair it. After several delays and excuses, I was asked to obtain a quote from a panel beater near me. I did so, and the repair was approved by MyAutoShop.

When the repair work was completed, MyAutoShop failed to pay the panel beater despite previously agreeing to do so. I spent considerable time trying to contact them. Calls were either ignored or I was repeatedly told Craig was unavailable, in meetings, or on break.

Because MyAutoShop did not pay the repairer as promised, I was left in the embarrassing position of having to pay the panel beater myself to collect my vehicle. Their staff then told me they would reimburse me and requested my bank details and invoice by email.

I provided everything requested. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails and received little to no response. Weeks later, I am still waiting to be reimbursed for damage caused by their mechanic and acknowledged by their management.

I have evidence of the damage, the approval of the repair, and their agreement to reimburse me. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no option but to pursue legal action through the Disputes Tribunal.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MyAutoShop. The issue is not just the damage itself—mistakes happen. The problem is the failure to honour commitments, poor communication, and the ongoing refusal to reimburse a customer after accepting responsibility.

Had booked a comprehensive service, Jack was allocated worker for it, have had Jack come round couple times for another job and his work ethic is professional, prompt w response and his explanation was clear. He replaced my plate light for free although he didn't need to but did it anyways so the extra mile there too for his customers he's assisting with. Easy bloke to chat w and recommend his work or if there's an option to request him.

We are living in the UK currently and we wanted to sell our Kia seltos in Pune.The transaction with Jain Motors has been hassle free for us. The owner of Jain motors and the staff were cooperative and really very helpful. They took care of the entire documentation and transfer of the RC. They also made sure that the money was transferred within a day. I would certainly recommend Jain Motors for buying or selling cars. Thank you!

I don’t usually do these, but these were the nicest & most helpful people I’ve ever come across. Not only did they make it easy, were super lovely but they went out of their way for me! Appreciate Ya’ll so much I can’t thank you enough 🫶🏽

My experience from booking to having the job done was seamless, positive, quick and great. My Auto Shop Wellington was amazing and went the extra mile to help me with an additional issue in order to pass a WoF. They even followed up with a friendly call to see how I got on.
Would definitely recommend if you are in Wellington!

Worst experience ever paid 1000 bucks for brake rotors and pad replacement..the guy couldn't open two tryres with security lock nut..doesn't have the right tools..waste of time and money..2024 April experience

Truly awful experience with MyAutoShop. A screw up on their part left me an extra $300 out of pocket. When I tried to complain I was met with some of the rudest, most inconsiderate customer service I have ever experienced. Got ignored and brushed off so bad I had to email the CEO. Considering he also didn’t really seem to care, feels like the organisation as a whole doesn’t value customer satisfaction. I’m not usually so much of a Karen, but these people drove me genuinely insane with their awful stonewalling tactics and blasé attitude.

Excellent service, great communication, affordable. I am happy I used their service as they are in my local area. They definitely will be seeing me again for any future car work!

Inspection says ‘good condition’ but missed obvious visible rust which is
Structural and now vehicle needs fixed so no car for work for 1 week + costs
Then report says (after I paid) ‘will not identify rust or corrosion;’ so basically paid $268 for nothing really unhappy and unsatisfactory complete waste of time

I had Chris today to come out and replace my radiator .. What an awsum young man … He was cheery polite and very efficient and left my car in a tidier condition than he found… He did a great jo b and i highly recommend👌

Been waiting since December for them to sort our car out, numerous calls to ask on updates and just lately last week called to follow up after getting nothing since January and they had no notes on file about what needed to be done on our car, sent them an email of what needed to be done, only to ring today a week later and apparently no email was sent and no notes still on file of what needs to be fixed ! Asked them to call my partner and no call was made as he has all the information on the car. Bloody ridiculous.

These guys were recommended to me for my son’s BMW. Amazing service and knowledge, the only place to go if you have a European car.

I Do not recommend there remote or mobile car service option.

Im a regular with MyAuto Shop, I wouldn't go anywhere else, I read reviews from disgruntled people, I'm a woman that don't know Jane s about cars but they have a services page that you cannot go wrong, I told them I tried to fit new spark plugs but found oil leaking, and the tops were splitting the ones that holds the spark plug in, told him the sound my car made and instantly he said could be new gasket or maybe coils, so Anton arrived he fix it minus the coil and then started it poooof of smoke so he put new coils in because he said putting one in may not help with the other 3, he said my advice do all 4, and wallah I'm a happy lady. Awesome service
