My Bowls Empty Avis 

Order arrived boxed and well wrapped inside, so bottles were in excellent condition. Bugalugs colognes are lovely sprays, i even spray on pillows now, not just the dog!

Order was late in delivery and upon chasing was advised they would take it up with the courier and come back to me, this did not happen, I suggested they consider refunding the shipping due to late delivery on the basis of keeping the customer happy, what a surprise no reply!!!!!!!!

We ordered for the first time with My Bowls Empty. There were issues with the delivery address excellently sorted out by customer service. Delivery has arrived in perfect condition. Very very happy with everything and will definately order again

Amazing service, after making my order I got the normal email confirmation, then received a txt letting me know Michelle would like me to call them to confirm delivery, this txt let me know the number calling me was Michelle so I knew i called answer the call. then Michelle called me to arrange immediate delivery, Michelle was very friendly and professional and delivered my order with care . All items has a good use by date and is a really good price, I will be ordering again lovely small business.

I didn't notice when i ordered 2 wellbeloved puppy dry food it was out of date didn't register at the time one was 10/23 & one was 11/23 I have contacted the company as I do not want 2 packs of out of date puppy food, they shouldn't be selling this. I am waiting for a response from the owner of my bowls empty date 24/01/24. I have now received a full refund from my bowls empty, I was notified by PayPal and then received a brief email from this company your refund has been issued as requested!! No explanation, no response from my comments, still I have my refund now I can go and get puppy food that's still in date!! Lesson learned be careful what you are buying!!.

I hadn’t heard of this company so I was a little unsure of whether to order from them, but based on their great reviews I decided to give them a go.
So glad I did, item arrived really quickly (Long Paws Comfort Lead) and was nearly half the price I had seen elsewhere. Will definitely use again

Have used this company a number of times without any problems. Goods always arrive quickly and really well packaged and are very good value for money. However this last order needed to be redirected to a collection point and disappeared somewhere in the system. Gave it a week and then contacted My Bowls Empty as I couldn’t contact the courier. Well, they couldn’t do enough for me. Michelle raised the issue with the courier, got everything sorted out and kept me up to date the whole time until my order was delivered. So nice to have the human touch and not have to deal with automated menus. I’d give 6 stars if I could.
