Great Team, Great Service
I have been taking our 2 x cars to Michael and the team at mycar Alexandra Hills for over 4 years. The service we receive is outstanding. Mostly its been standard servicing but given our cars are a 20 year old and 12 year old Hyundai they experience 'failures' from time to time that need repair or replacement to keep them in good running order.
Prior to going to mycar Alex Hills I had moved around the service providers in Capalaba (including the Hyundai dealer?) and due to various 'issues' moved to another service provider every 2-3 years.
I highly recommend Michael and the team.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service and prompt appointment.
I was due a service however my radiator split, so Mick squeezed my car in so I was only without it for a couple of days. Quote up front, service and repair done with a friendly service and call stating it’s ready.

Great Mechanics
The guys at MyCar in Alex Hills really put in the work. I predominantly communicated with Justin and he let me know, in simple terms, what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done. He didn't try sell me anything further than what was absolutely necessary nor did he make it difficult for me to understand. My partner and I will be going back whenever we need a mechanic
