Very efficient and friendly service!
I recently found a big nail in one of my tyres and went to ask my mechanic if he could take a look and let me know when he’d be available. Without any hesitation, he said, “No worries, just leave your car key with me and I’ll fix it today.”
His service was efficient, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. It’s rare to find someone so willing to help on the spot. I really appreciate the quick turnaround and the genuine care he showed. Highly recommended!

Car was in for general service and rego…
Car was in for general service and rego check. Fast service and some items noticed that needed replacement (filters & wipers), called first prior to carrying out intended work. On collection raised a couple of things to watch out for on next service. Staff are friendly, honest and not pushy in anyway. Happy to keep continuing to drop vehicle to MyCar Alice Springs.

Good customer care
Every time I get my car serviced/repaired, I always feel confident that it will be done right. I know nothing about cars but the team always explain what they are doing and why. They are also very aware on the price of the services and make sure I am able to afford it at the time which is why I love going here. They never overcharge and they do their job well.
