Very quick, 4 tyres and wheel alignment in about 1.5 hrs. Didn’t give bunch repairs required. Honest service.

My car was driving perfectly fine before taking it in to the Arana Hills My Car where they changed the fuel filter at a 60,000km service and it subsequently broke down 3 times. The manager was not apologetic and wouldn't take accountability. I was told by another mechanic external to MyCar that I had been overcharged for the fuel.filter. I was charged $245 for a Ryco fuel filter. I was also advised that because of the low km I should not have really needed that replaced anyway.

I will not be returning. It caused me so much stress and I lost a lot of money due to not being able to work because my car was broken down. They also didn't fix it as a priority. I had to wait a few days. I was refunded the $245 however I should have been refunded the entire cost of that service. Not good enough.

After having a sudden car issue, I called to mycar at arana hills, and the manager could not have been more helpful and reassuring despite being very busy I felt my issues were important and he went out of his way to fit my car in for repair. I am very grateful.

Can’t even get through to a store near me to make an enquiry. Their automated 13-number’s phone system takes you through the same script every time, then says there is nobody available and hangs up. Tried 3 times! Terrible way to do business. They deserve to go broke. Even when I called a specific store’s landline number, it was pushed back to the automated 13 number. Hopeless.

Greeting was cheery and welcoming, servicing of vehicle was prompt and completed before expected time, with attention to an additional requirement.
