Great communication every time I’ve been. Even cleaned the windscreen for me where the wipers didn’t reach the bird droppings. Wasn’t expected, and very much appreciated.

Top marks to mycar Baldivis.
The entire team are friendly & very understanding. I wish to emphasize how good these guys are & if I could give them more stars I would.
My recently deceased father-in-law had work done to his vehicle by a different mechanic and when he returned with the vehicle it seemed to be worse than when he took it there after paying them several thousand dollars. He returned the car to them, they charged him more money & it was even worse again. Several suspension & transmission bolts where loose or missing altogether. It was actually dangerous to drive it.
I had it checked at mycar Baldivis who did a thorough inspection of the vehicle with a written report of the current state of the vehicle. They then fixed the problems quickly, efficiently & at an extremely good price. TOP MARKS GUYS.

So my car was in for 100,000 km…
So my car was in for 100,000 km service. The spark plugs were to be replaced- but they weren't because there was none available from whomever supplies them to you. So that means another app to do that. Could you please somehow ensure when car is booked in for such a service that these bits are available to do the full service, saves everybody time etc. Thanks
