Great communication every time I’ve been. Even cleaned the windscreen for me where the wipers didn’t reach the bird droppings. Wasn’t expected, and very much appreciated.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. Honest as they charged half the quote price specified due to discovering one large component of the quote was attended to at a previous visit. Changed this portion under warranty. $$$saved big time. Much appreciated

Prompt and friendly and efficient service, one minor hiccup, I guess that because of the very low milage, the mileage recorded on the invoice and log book did not take the full stop after the second last digit into account and bumped up the odometer reading somewhat dramatically, that will be fixed next time around.

MyCar has been looking after “my old car” for at least 4 years. They provide excellent mechanical service and their customer service is top notch. In this instance they managed to fit in a service which included wheel rotation, wheel balancing, and brake linings at very short notice. I love it and will keep going back. Thanks MyCar -Baldivis WA
