Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable

The gentleman at the counter acknowledged me as I walked in. He finished up with his call. I advised him of my concerns about my tyres as I was putting air into them every second day. He went to get a mechanic to check my tyres and found a nail into it. Another Mycar outlet would not listen to me, said its just wear and tear and the surface I was driving on. The new tyres were only 6 weeks old, how could that be?
He then told me he would put the spare tyre on and fix or replace the tyre. 2 hrs later had a new tyre and was on my way home. Thank you. I will certainly be going to Mycar Brandon park in future.

Work was good but I was disappointed that they couldn't fix my exhaust system even though the site clearly said that they can.

I think I got completely scammed here. Incredibly expensive for not even a big service. I would understand if I had a luxury car but for a humble Mazda 2? I should have said no to the air filter change but didn’t think it through at the time. Very disappointing will not be coming back.

The team is always good and makes me feel well looked after. This time, they spent a lot of time investigating the issue and finding parts. Unfortunately, my old car had a big issue, so I decided not to repair it. However, I really appreciate all their efforts in trying to repair my beloved car at the minimum cost. Thank you so much!

I am writing this feedback to express my angry and dissatisfaction.Upon 12/03/2024 10:00-11:00 my BMW x3 was towed to the Brandon Park store for tire replacement service due to a left FRONT tire flat.Replace service fee was $330.
When I was told my BMW was ready for pick up. And i arrived at the store with my wife at 5 PM 13/03/2024. I was told that the lock nut of the LEFT REAR tire was missing.I need buy a new one from BMW dealer！ I questioned the staff if it was lost while working, but was denied on the spot. When I got home, I found that the left rear tire was completely different with my original Michelin run-flat right rear tire.The left rear tire was replaced with an unbranded product.This is ridiculous！it was never ever happened in my whole life.I feel deeply cheated and fooled.
It was obviously that something serious must have happened to my left rear tire while changing the tire, the original Michelin run-flat tire disappeared along with the Lock Nut！I will keep reaching out ACCC,Fair Trading any related department until the best solution！

Fast and efficient service to fix my tyre that had a screw in it made for a fantastic experience with mycar Brandon Park. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Mike at Reception was amazing at getting me sorted quickly as I was in a bit of a hurry and he sorted me out straight away.

Got my Toyota Camry serviced just yesterday as it had completed 150k. Arif and his team did a fantastic job in servicing the car. Highly recommended due to fast and professional service at great rates.

The guys at MyCar Brandon Park attempted to rip me off by quoting me $5,000 to replace all my fuel injectors when they didn't actually know what was wrong with my car. When I questioned Kev about why he couldn't just replace the 1 fuel injector that could be leaking, he told me a huge lie that he had to replace them all because he will have broken the seals. I didn't believe him and contacted Audi and described the symptoms of my car problem. They said that this was a known problem with the fuel rail of my model Audi and that they would fix it for free. Don't use these guys, they are liars and thieves.
