I had my car serviced here for almost 10 years without issue, but the place has really gone bad recently. I had my car booked in for a week, left it with them all day, and I had to call them at the end of the day for them to tell me they had forgotten to work on my car. I booked it in a week later, called at the end of the day, as I hadn't heard from them again, and they said to come get my car and it would be ready. When I got there to pick it up, my car was still in pieces and the mechanic had apparently gone home. Today, I had it booked in again, with all of the work quoted to be done ahead of time, and when I arrived they told me they wouldn't have time to do it. The communication used to be fine, but the whole place has really gone to the dogs. I strongly recommend you don't waste your time like I did.

A set of cheap tyres for 189 each
And a set of continentals for 215 each

I was recommended that the cheaper tyre was terrible and to go the more expensive option

Only to realise once I had gone on my road trip that they charged me the dearer price and put on the cheap tyres

Came in with a flat tyre issue. They were able to check out the tyre and noted that it needed to be replaced. A replacement tyre was ordered and arrived within the hour. The customer service was excelent and I highly recommend them.

Delayed service. Lost paperwork. Shambles.

Really bad customer service and poor communication. Charged me 1500 for a power steering pump replacement. Kept on extending the length of stay without telling me. Eventually got my car back and it smells like cat piss.
