mycar Tyre & Auto - Bull Creek Avis 

I have my BMW X5 serviced here, before I book the service I double check with the receptionist that they can do e-Logbook(which is idrive in BMW) service. Service cost me over $1000. But after service comes three issues, 1. No service lodged in my car. After service they told me they can not register this service in the car. 2. Car start dripping oil(which I took back and they told me some oil in tray which might be bottom cover I understand from service. Not a qualified person serviced my car?) 3. Normally BMW service every 15000km or 1year. They put half year 10000km sticker on windscreen.(I am not sure they used engine oil as per manufacturer). After I mentioned it they replaced sticker

Charged a lot of money for a service, when I asked if my log book was stamped I was told it was … it wasn’t ! The place is run by kids , can’t justify a service and a battery for $1500

Always friendly and easy to deal with, completed tyre replacement with little fuss and at a reasonable price.

Everything was easy. Friendly efficient service.

Booked vehicle in for wheel balancing and tyre check. Also wheel alignment and change drive belts 2 off. Had vehicle all day. Went to pick up vehicle.
1. First of all the drive belts were changed, I was told that it had taken 3 hrs to replace two drive belts. I my opinion this is a one hour job.
2. I was told that the wheel balancing and wheel alignment was not done.
3. Vehicle had dirty hand marks where the work was done, lack of detail in finishing the job for pickup by customer.
4. Couldn't find the keys to hand over vehicle.
I find it very disappointing that Mycar had the vehicle all day and never completed the job which was quoted for.
This is Honest review on the Day 12th July 2024...

We booked the service well in advance and left the car for the entire day only to be told the oil filter had not arrived and we need to bring it back for another entire day for that. Nonsense - I know how long it takes to change an oil filter and why didn't you have one on hand when the booking was made over a week in advance? Very poor service - disappointing as we have always thought MyCar was good until now.

Friendly and helpful customer service, with good clear advice. Nothing too much trouble. The patience exhibited with the customer before me( an elderly man) was second to none. Definitely recommend Mycar in Bullcreek.

Went for a few things. A wheel alignment, get the car back, steering is crooked and pulls to the right. Questioned it and was shown a picture on a phone of a screen shot of the settings. Took 2 extra rims in and ask them to change, all they did was change the front to the back and now have a scraping noise on the wheels. Car is worse than when I put it in.

Under staffed. Didn’t do what they were asked. Very disappointed as I have been coming here for a few years now and always had good service but it seems to have changed.

I have been getting my car serviced at Bull Creek MyCar for years. I know the reliable and friendly guys that previously worked there have now left and my experience today has been nothing short of disgraceful. Brought my car in at 8.30am and advised what needed to be looked on top of the service. I asked if someone could call me to update me on the price after assessing the work. I got a call and the guy I spoke to was abrupt and a little intolerant of my questions. He then hung up on me and didn't call me back at any time to let me know what was happening or what time my car would be ready. I was originally told 1pm so I could get to school pick up. I'm now told 5pm which is fine if additional work needed to be done but no one called me to advise. I'm still unsure if the required work has been completed or if they have the right parts because when I just called the guy said he's not even sure they have the right parts. It's now 3pm, I have no car for school pick up, they haven't replaced the flat tyre, the brakes haven't been done and I've just been told maybe 5pm.

Good customer service and on time completion of job.

Flat tyre. Staff got me an appointment straight away and were very accomodating and helpful.

It takes more than 8-10 days for a puncture repair. No one answers the phone.

Anu was very kind and understanding of my predicament. Even though he had long list of arranged bookings for a Monday, he slotted my tyre replacement in because my new car does not come with a spare tyre.

I called in to MyCar Bullcreek with a flat tyre and no booking. Even though they were heavily booked, they still accommodated me and repaired my tyre.

I turned up without a booking to have a tyre repaired. The lads repaired my tyre quickly and at no charge. Very impressed.

Had previously booked my car in twice using the "over the counter" method. Received basic service but during the last time they had three separate goes (different days) to solve a minor oil leak. When I first sent the car back for checking I was told there was not a leak and it must simply be some excess outer body oil from the service. Took the car home and a hand sized leak stain appeared. Took it back and this time it was resolved but I was not told what was the true cause. DO NOT BOOK A SESSION ONLINE. For the next service I booked online but did not see the final page requiring FULL PAYMENT to confirm the booking. When I went to collect the car I was told no work had been done as there was no booking. I then asked why they did not phone me and was told that my car registration is recorded on their system under someone else's details. I asked why and the manager said he did not know and also that I should know online bookings require upfront payment.
