I called out of the blue
I called out of the blue, knowing that it was very unlikely that the guys would be able to fit me in on a friday afternoon at such short notice.
Spoke to Steve and he told me to drop it in, which i did. Handed the keys over and within an hour they had changed the tyre. Staff were polite and helpful. I appreciate them fitting me in at late notice and i also appreciate the job they did. Professional and friendly.

Tyre change and wheel alignment carried out as per the booking. Guys took a lot of care with the wheel alignment and tyre change. Car felt good on the road, very happy. Good people to deal with.

Despite being completely under the pump, staff arranged a time for me to come back same day to repair our tyre.
Service was prompt, a great price. Front desk mechanic was friendly despite the busyness and I over heard a very genuine grateful customer before us also.

i was told it would take an hour
i was told it would take an hour. great, then, whoops, its the rear tyre that needs replacing, have to order it in.. 3 days !!!! . Jax had it ordered in, and done in 2.50 hours. Not good enough guys.
