Very happy with the team
The team at MyCar Caloundra are always friendly and give a good service for a great price. I have taken a variety of vehicles there and all been good. Trustworthy bunch which is hard to find sometimes.

Found the service to be first class. Pete is extremely thorough and honest with his findings and recommendations. He takes servicing my vehicle and keeping me safe on the roads seriously, as do I. Thanks Pete and Mycar for taking good care of my vehicle.

Every time I have my car serviced
Every time I have my car serviced, everything is done in a very organised and efficient manner. Also the cost is very reasonable. I have been using this company for about 17 years.

Genuinely good

Great Service/ Caring Staff/Fair pricing
This company and their employees treat their customers with respect. They keep you informed every step of the way. Sometimes planned jobs can lead to unexpected other necessary tasks needing to be done as well, they contact you and get you to approve anything else that they may need to fix whilst your car is there on the day. In my opinion they go above and beyond for us as their loyal customers. Really appreciate that from any business. The pricing is very fair and competitive as well. You won't be disappointed.

Great and quick service from Steve at the front counter. Aircon now fixed and car is working great.
And got my tires and wheel alignment done as well couple of weeks ago with these guys.
I recommend to anyone. Guys are legends.

Bonus deals and Service garantees plus parts/tyre warranties
I received a reminder email to book ahead to get my car serviced with heaps of bonus benefits. Always fantastic service and warranty on tyres, brakes etc, its great to know upfront exactly how much the service or repairs will cost. Quick and easy booking and payment system with a fast turnaround on getting the car back.
After the work is complete a list of recommended repairs or replacement items at next service is written on the receipt. It would be great to have an estimated cost of these items to budget the follow up or include with the next service.
