Use to change oil here ,but today's service was sux. They put the price from 230$ to 300$ without telling anything. When we tried to see why is that ,the manager were so mean, saying that the price went up this week, without any reasons. So I guess they got that extra 80 ,happy for them..but never ever will be back there. Thanks.

Broke electric window control/ failed to inspect safety issue specifically requested
I have been happy until this service.
My driver control button for the front passenger window came back not working. I am still chasing this up. I also specifically asked when booking to have my front driver arm/suspension looked at as it is making a noise when turning on going over humps. This was not done and I had to request it on pickup. My car wasn't taken back into the workshop to check and I had to request that they at least get in my car and hear the sound. My concern was brushed off as nothing to worry about until next service.

Best team!
I have had nothing but good experiences everytime I’ve had to go to mycar! Even when the men have had to give me a list of things that needs to be done they’ve always been understanding and not pushy like some mechanics can be. I’m grateful for the team that work at mycar Campbelltown!

They honoured the online price
They honoured the online price. We booked in for 4 tyres and an alignment. Arrived over an hour early, they fitted me in and got the job done within the expected time frame

Front counter service was good. However, the Tyre fitter managed to put a deep gouge on my alloy rim. Poor form.
