mycar Tyre & Auto - Castle Hill Avis 

Dushan and Mechanics from MyCar Castle Hill really were amazing today with the 2 tyres I was supposed to have fitted. First time visiting since the time when they were in old premises near Kmart Tyre and Auto many moons ago. Today they were on the ball to notice that my car which was booked in for two tyres actually needed 4 tyres. My car was serviced this past Saturday by my wonderful young mechanic who unfortunately didn’t notice that the other 2 tyres looked ok from the outer tyre surface but missed the inner tyre wear. He’s forgiven cause he’s a nice guy! Dushan the Manager rang to tell me the situation and when I met him he was just all smiles. Remarkable young man. The amount of cars that were there when I dropped off the car was very busy and when I arrived to pick back up, he was still smiling 😊
We all need to take a page out of his book and calm the farm! A credit to himself and MyCar are lucky to have him. Thanks for such a wonderful MyCar experience Dushan. 10/10

Convenient and reliable, friendly staff, car was ready on time

Dropped in with a tyre puncture, they fixed it free of charge under warranty. Took an hour. Great service.

All work done as described. Was given a discount on the service and repairs unfortunately no one noted the discount on the invoice so when my wife came to pick up the car she payed the undiscounted price. Only discovered a couple days later when I saw CC statement.

Booking was easy. Pre-appointment communications were clear (shoutout: Sam), as were the communications during the appointment. Saturday appointments were convenient. Roadside assist is a nice bonus. 10/10 would come back again.

I completed my pink slip renewal rego at Mycar Castle Hills on May8,2026, but I didn't know why a change wiper refill was required. Was it reasonable to add extra service for the brake check? So it is unnecessary to put an extra item on.
