A great experience from dropping the BYD off for 20K service, good advice re: tyres that is common to EV vehicles and a smooth pickup.

Friendly, helpful, fast
The guys were really friendly, helpful and informative. They got everything done really quickly. Even when tyres needed to be ordered and I had to bring my car back the next day, they let me know as soon as the tyres came in and fit me in straight away to have them replaced. I also noticed the workshop look extremely clean compared to other mechanic shops.

Great experience with this outlet. Travelling regularly makes finding great service a little hit & miss but I do like Mycar for consistent work. The team here in Chatswood were very helpful, non-mansplaining and honestly kind understanding my budget constraints. I’ll return whenever I’m in Sydney.

I had my car serviced yesterday and at Chatswood, it was an excellent service
I had my car serviced yesterday and had the pink slip. The manager at Chatswood explained clearly what needed to be done and gave me the quote. The car was serviced and I got my registration within hours. Thanks to the Manager Masai and all the staff.
