Trickery and deception
I have taken both of vehicles to your Chatswood service centre the past 3 years and each time the experience is the same. The website tricks you into thinking that a service and road safety inspection will cost around $300 but once you arrive at the service centre - every excuse under the sun is thrown your way. Both times now a standard service has turned into a $2000 plus service. The Chatswood store uses all excuses to get you to buy new Tyres, have CV boots replaced plus other unnecessary expenses. I am never going back to your unscrupulous business ever again

The tyre of my car was punctured and I took it to Mycar. The staff was helpful and had the tyre repaired within half and hour. Very efficient and very reasonably priced service.

Highly recommend!
These guys are always great, always get in me in for a time that works for me. Professional, trustworthy, easy to talk to and clear on what needs to be done. Prices are always very reasonable, I shopped around when getting some down and they were the cheapest by quite a bit. Highly recommend.
