Got a flat tyre on eve of long weekend.
Patrick at Rose Park when he was fully booked found me a spot at Kilburn.
Service was excellent plus RAA/Seniors Discount helped with an unexpected bill.
Service manager was fantastic and professional. Wheel balance and alignment used effective technology. Post install guarantees appear to be good also!

I had a great experience with Jainil…
I had a great experience with Jainil Patel when booking my car service. He handled the logbook service perfectly, creating and registering everything properly and with great attention to detail. The service was completed before the promised time, which really helped me manage my day smoothly. Overall, the process was easy, professional, and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the excellent service provided. Highly recommended.

It had only been a couple of months since I got new tyres fitted at MyCar. One of them got punctured, and guess what — they replaced it with a brand-new tyre at no cost.
Punctures can happen anytime, whether the tyres are new or old, but the way MyCar handles their after-sales service makes them standout from others.

They actually did what needed to be done
The staff worked out what was needed, and they actually sourced the parts and did the work. That didn’t happen with the large company we previously used. Even when we told them in advance and booked the car in for specific work, they’d just tell us we needed to give notice next time. Literally what we just did.

Incompetent staff and useless
This use to be a fantastic place not sure if management and mechanics has changed but this place is gone down hill massively. They have no idea what they are doing broke parts on the car and hand it back to me not running correctly and told me it's my problem to take somewhere else to get it fixed. No help very poor service would not recommend to anyone to use this franchise at the Churchill centre in Kilburn South Australia
