I had a really good experience with Clay mount MyCAR
I had a really good experience with Claymount when purchasing my car.
A special thanks to Kai (Manager) and the whole team — professional, straightforward, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. There was no pressure, everything was explained clearly, and the process was smooth and stress-free.
The team took the time to make sure the car was right, handled the repairs efficiently, and followed through on what they promised. It’s refreshing to deal with people who actually care about good service rather than just making a quick sale.
Highly recommend Claymount and Kai’s team if you’re looking for an honest and reliable car dealership.

Things have gone badly here
Things have gone badly here. Was great previously but now seems to have fallen off a cliff in terms of service. Booked a car in at a time the store proposed and turned up on time. Was told the car would be ready at 11am. At 11am the work had not yet been started. I was told 12pm it would be done and they would call me. By 12:15 I’d not heard anything and the store apparently closes at 12:00! Rushed to store and work still not completed. May be done by 13:00!!! Seems to me that the place is completely disorganised

Second time I’ve been there and both…
Second time I’ve been there and both times service was exceptional, staff friendly and helpful and my car returned in less than one day. I didn’t have a great experience with the call center so I suggest contacting these guys directly if you can.
